The location was excellent, the staff very friendly but the room didn't have AC, it was not specified on the facilities .

The room allocated. Bathroom everytime you hve a shower its flooded. The room is not safe. There is a loft and the ceiling window cannot be locked. No kettle as mentioned when i booked my hotel. Cannot connect with the wifi. Really bad experience.

Very helpfull reception - had booked the biggest room with river view - and got that room. And it was on 3td floor - and the view was perfect with evening sun on the castle and with morning sun into the room. And two seperate beds + a double bed that we did not use.

Closeness to the Sanctuary, many restaurants and bars open until late night, the hotel amenities and WiFi connection with excellent speed, super friendly staff, our triple room was spacious.

Parking bit far away and no wheelchairs available.

Location was excellent. Close to all the main reasons one travels to Lourdes. The staff on reception were very helpful offering advice on everything from best place to park to helping set up wifi.

No air conditioning and it was very hot when we were there which made sleeping very uncomfortable.

Location next to river and proximity to sanctuary.

Unfortunately there was a heat wave and the room did not have air conditioning. Therefore very uncomfortable and with windows open and lots of loud people outside after dark. Realize weather is not the fault of the hotel… but with no A/C the stay was very difficult. Also cleaning staff did not knock before entering a few times so remember to place placard outside to prevent this.

I forgot my key card when I came back and they tried to kick me out. The man at reception made me leave my room and shouted at me to leave until I proved I had sent a photo of the room to a friend earlier. It was frightening and I didn’t sleep. I told the manager the next day and she said it was “security” and walked away fro me. She refused to issue a partial refund.

The location was good and the view from the room was lovely, overlooking the river and bridge. The economical room was clean and tidy.

The small shower tray is surrounded by a curtain which sticks to the body while trying to shower.

Room was small and basic...but I expected this and needed a place to stay due to late minute change of plans

Unclean - The maids did not clean well before my visit. One bed was blood-stained as we arrived and there was dirt beneath this bed. The towels seemed to be not well washed either with some stains here and there. The good point is that the hotel took our complaint seriously and came to change the linen. This incident is unacceptable.

It just feels like a hospital room to me. The balcony was dirty and moldy. Bed was not very comfortable.

No AC or fridge in the room. only way to “cool” was to open the windows but we were in the midst of a week long heatwave.

Excellent location in the middle of all tourists attraction and direct on the river.The staff were very kind and helpfull espicially Michael and Sarah .

The hotel is in a great location so keep in mind that comes with a lot of noise. My room was in front of the street which was great because I wouldn’t have wanted to walk through the dark hallway.
