It was a bugger to find. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was as expected and adequate. The evening meal was lovely.
It was ideal for our one night stop.
Location is great, only a short walk from all the attractions.
No complaints, this is our third time to stay at this hotel.

Rooms had no fridge couch rooms are very snall
The location is perfect for anyone embarking upon a Pilgrimage of Lourdes - St Bernadette’s birthplace is just 60 seconds from the hotel on foot! The staff also make the hotel extra special - family run, full of warmth and character - just a lovely place to be.
There were a couple of issues with our room on check-in but they were dealt with promptly and with sensitivity.

Excellent location.Very close to The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes (approx. 11 mins walk away).Very kind and friendly staff.Booked the half board option (Breakfast and Dinner). Dinner is a three-course meal and super tasty.Clean and spacious room. Room had a balcony with great view.
The pillows were too soft for me.No tea or coffee maker in the room.
The staff were friendly at the check-in.
The room had no airconditioning, which we should have known, but there was also no fan available. The temperature, incredulously, was higher inside than outside. Advertised with hardwood floring, there was crummy and old carpet in the room. The room itself was clean-ish, but smelled a bit musty. The bed was on the hard side and squeaky. After a terrible night we hoped at least to find a comforting breakfast buffet. Unfortunately we were utterly disappointed, as it was abominable: old stale bread, terrible coffee, almost no choice of bread toppings (1 bland cheese, 1 tasteless cooked ham, and rock hard eggs). We are frequent visitors of this city because of it location close to the mountains, and have frequented a number of cheap hotels in the city. Without any doubt, this has been one of the worst experiences we've had, for almost double the price we are used to paying. We have given the score 2/10 based on the location and the friendly woman at checkout, but it feels to high.
Great location, very near the Lourdes Cathedral. Friendly staff
Nothing general. Its a clean accomodation to sleep while visiting Lourdes. Would choose again

It was very close to the sanctuary, and the staff were very helpful and polite. The place was very clean. It was easy for the water to be hot and the heater was on during the cold
The blow drier does nothing. Toiletries were inexistent.
Great hotel and staff, rooms basic and hotel quite hard to find. Owner and staff excellent and breakfast lovely. Allowed us to park our motorbikes in their garage. Thank you Claude and Romain.
