The directions to shrine should have been stated ans I was unaware that an elevator was nearby

It was close to the St. Mary's baths and the cave. We walked. The breakfast was nice and the staff was very friendly.

You can hear conversations of others behind the wall.

l liked that it was near everything, I really liked the staff friendly and welcoming, the room was very small and only the basics, ( but I guess for the price its ok)

The room is small and bathroom is dark with a little light.Bad isolation, you can hear all of the neighbors.Beds not the best.

A short walk led to sacred spaces, while the hotel itself offered a calm retreat from the crowds.

The staff is incredibly kind. The best people I’ve met here in France! Very accommodating and always positive. They were why I chose to stay here twice ?

The doors are heavy and can shake the room at times and be a bit unsettling but overall it was very quiet.

The location is very close to the sanctuary.The hotel area is calm and homey very nice to stay.The hotel is also clean, friendly staffs, and the important thing is…Good breakfast, the croissants is very tasty ? The chocolate is also delicious. They are really mood booster for begin of your day ??

The Airconditioner was very noisy ?We only got small amount of shampoo and soap ?

Personnel was very kind, understanding and flexible.Nice common rooms, bedroom is nice.

But the showers are a bit outdated (details as joints as not properly made), and there is unfortunately no kettle or fridge in the room. Bedrooms are badly soundproofed among themselves.

Staff were friendly and, despite language barriers, made us feel very welcome! The beds were clean and the rooms were refreshed every day for us.

There was some mould on the ceiling of the shower cubicle, and the light fixture in our room wasn't attached to the ceiling (though working). The breakfast was filling, but very simple and could've had some hot options.

Requested to have Double bed but end up with 3 single bed for kids. Had the worst experience trip due to unconfortable bed

The view was amazing! The breakfast was nice.

The walls were thin, a school group kept me up most of the night. But for the location and price it was a very nice place.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, secure parking for our motorbikes was useful.

The hotel was very basic, our room was small and beds not comfortable. Bathroom had tile paint peeling off with a blocked sink, no fan or opening window.

Location is okay

Tiny rooms. Ancient plumbing. Lift is hard to access, cramped and ancient.Room and bathroom were not in good condition and are not kept clean.

Breakfast was mainly cold items except for the toast and hot coffee or tea. However it was a very substantial breakfast with a large variety of food items to choose from- from cold cereal, boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, cheese, ham and a variety of breads and mini cakes. The room was very clean but on the small side for 2 people to share. However, we used it just to sleep at night, so it did not matter to us.

There was no ventilation in the washroom, so we had to keep the door closed, otherwise odours from the washroom would come into the room,
