Superior customer service

Breakfast is 15 euro. Zero include coffee in room. Cleaners used a strange odor febreeze scent.

The staff went out of their way for me during my visit, which included: - after midnight check-in (plane was 5 hours delayed) - awesome breakfast - called taxis for me when needed.

Location -- great staff service

A/C was locked by hotel and we had to track down staff to unlock for us to use. But promptly fixed (although took a little time to find them )

Everything was good

No meals that can be ordered after 11 pm. Restaurant dinner was really good. Didn’t try lunch and breakfast was just okay.

Closeness to the sanctuary.

Went during sort of off season. If you go during immaculate conception Make sure to make arrangements for transport from the airport before hand.

The property is clean and very near to the Sanctuary of Lady of Lourdes.. value for money.And the staff are considerate

The hotel is in a great location. The room was nice but a little dated. The price was very good

Parking was a significant distance from the hotel. The staff was not friendly or helpful. We had some problems in our room including no light in the toilet room and it was difficult to get in and out of the shower/tub.

Excellent location with excellent room size and comfort. Mostly very helpful staff.

Hotel is modern and good value for money, most likely also for longer stays. Finding a parking spot was not a problem. Location is very good.

The information regarding the cost of parking we got during check-in was so confusing that we still hope that we avoided paying a ticket.

Our stay is very comfortable, staffs are very helpful, bathroom is clean no issues with water pressure. We do appreciate the free bottle water everyday :). Great location, short walking distance to the entrance of the sanctuary. The AC didnt work well with us, but the weather is not so bad so we managed, we didnt get to bring it up for we are so tired every night we slept right away.

We got a great family room with 2 bathrooms and 5 beds. It was nice to have the kids space separate from the adults. Perfect for a couple of days.

Maybe an anti slip mat in the tub as my husband slipped and luckily didn't hurt himself. An elderly person may not be that lucky.

Great location, close to the basilica and grotto. Nice and clean hotel.
