Hôtel Saint Clair

Location was great. It is in the middles between Sanctuary and City center, with ca. 15 minutes walking distance.Team was so nice. We feel very welcoming. We were very impressed how much effort the owner and his team put to welcome all guests. The rooms we had were very pleasant and we felt very comfortable to stay there..We arrived late in the night but the owner still waited to welcome us in person... It was a very crowed time but he did arrange a parking space for us....The breakfast was also very great for the price, fresh croissants, coffee, tea, boiled eggs, etc.. No need to get oitside and look for an overpriced café All in all we are very pleased staying at this place and if we have a chance to visit Lourdes again we will definitely stay here.

Close to city, transport, private car parking. The room was a good size and comfortable.

Noise from adjacent rooms and rooms above. Corridor noise.

This is a very good basic hotel in a good location. It's easy to access all the local sites by walking for ten minutes, They have free parking and parking is also available opposite the hotel. The manager did ask us how our stay was and check in with us.

The walls are very thin.

We liked how accommodating the staff was and the availability of parking for our big van.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms so it felt a bit stuffy and had to leave the windows open. Cooled down a bit at night but was a bit warm during the day.

Location, price and staff

The owner is really nice, he helped us with finding a restaurant as we were really late and could not eat to the hotel. We booked two rooms, the owner put the the room next to each other and put one with balcony so our dogs could go outside. The location is at a walking distance from the town center, the sanctuary and the castle. There are many car parks on site and nearby the hotel.The ration price/quality is really great!

Very calm and quiet place. The personnel service is very kind and polite. I would rather choose to go there if I would get a chance . This place is very nice, clean and in a good environment

The view was great. It is a small hotel and was rather quite. The staff was extremely helpful.

When we visited it was a heat wave so unfortunately we suffered a little the heat without air conditioning. I would have also loved to have a small fridge in the room.

The location, surrounding. The peace and quiet.The staff were very welcoming and friendly.The place was clean and close to the Basilica.Overall a great place.We enjoyed.

Everything was good, it’s a 15 minute walk to the grotto. Breakfast was also nice. Cynthia was also very kind and helpful.

Very small room with a congested washroom.The mattress was not all comfortable.( need replacement).No Kettles provided in the room.

The staff was SO welcoming and greeted us so warmly. My kids loved the well-behaved lobby dog. The room was simple but had what we needed. Beautiful view of the mountains from where the hotel is located.

It's on the edge of town, so a longer walk to most attractions, and more of the restaurants are a little farther away

Cleanliness and the price. It was nice to have a hotel that is clean at an affordable price. The hotel is outdated but have fixtures that are modernised.

The distance to the church was a little further than anticipated, will be a quiet walk to do after the evening church event. The walls are thin so when other guests return late; it was nosy. Our family bathroom was abit small to move around while 2people room is big enough for a bath.

Very helpful and cheerful staff. Clean place. They allowed a couple of hours of extended stay for her daughter.

The location very good, a good secure car park. The place was very clean and tidy, the staff very helpful. Will definitely be back.

Booking .com charged me £8 odd for city tax, the hotel on arrival charged me the same and it was called visitors tax, I was dissapointed.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff at the reception were very kind and welcoming, and the food they prepared was absolutely delicious. The location is excellent—very central and easy to access, with convenient parking. The only small downside was that the room felt a bit cold, but we were told the heating was off since it's no longer winter. Overall, a lovely experience!

The hotel owner was very friendly and helpful as well as the staff. Even CHANEL the Pomskie dog was extremely friendly and adorable!!! We are missing the dog now!

It would have been better if it was nearer to the Sanctuary then the walk would have been shorter but it was alright with the group anyway. Exercise!!!

Its not the hotel’s responsibility. It’s the street lights. It turned off at 11pm i think.

Brilliant location, very quiet and easy to find from the train station. . Lovely sunny room and meticulously clean. Great value for money and probably the best hotel we stayed at on our two month cycle trip. Host very helpful and good bike storage. Would highly recommend this accommodation.
