Location is close but everything is close in the centre anyway.They got us a wheelchair to use for the few days we were there. staff very helpful.

The location of the hotel. It was situated close to the entrance gate to the Grotto, known as Saint Josephs gate. It was a perfect location to access all the surrounding area. We arrived so late at night. Most cafes were closed. The gentleman who greeted us at the hotel, ran to a nearby cafe and asked them to prepare a meal for us. They kindly did so.

No complaints. We felt secure and relaxed here

location was great for visiting the grotto which was the main purpose of our trip. we had a small balcony overlooking the entrance to the grotto. very comfortable bed and large room. breakfast was simple continental and a good start to the day. friendly helpful staff especially when we arrived after midnight due to train delays and connections.

bathroom had an awkward shower. generally felt a bit dated and in need of some modernisation, but it had the charm/character of an old fashion hotel.

Location is very close to sanctuary

very unclean and full of dust. We have to request to clean properly as dust making us sneeze all night. Noise from the street resulted very disturbed sleep. No facility to make coffee or tea. Very basic

The hotel location is very close to Notre Dame de Lourdes.

Unusable bath tub. There's no hair dryer in the room.

The hotel is situated in a great location for visiting the grotto. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The entire place was very clean. Over-all, the hotel is a great value.

The place is a bit dated, but certainly not enough to be bothered by.

The location is very near the Grotto, and the hotel is well-equipped with all amenities. Another plus is the restaurant with friendly staff and good food.

The staff speaks very little English, however, they still try their best to assist you.

The best location: 100m away from the entry of the sanctuary, among cafes and a lot of shops.Breakfast is good. They facilitated my transfer to the airport by taxi.

The restaurant closed for one evening without a notice so I had to change my dinner plans.I missed the electric socket from next to the bed.

The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating- providing us with a room requested overlooking the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes - magnificent view. Thank you.

No returning back

The bathroom shower door had to be repaired. The room was very old style and small. If they can upgrade the furniture instead of putting a TV would be nice. Also, there was nothing else in the room other than a bed, table, chair & tv. They can put some wall paintings, small tea tray with few things a guest needs at the arrival. All in all, I wouldn't go there again.
