Ideal location, easy walk into town and transport for local areas. Room comfortable and spacious. Breakfast food ok.

Hot drinks facility in your room. Breakfast seemed to cater for large tour groups, nothing topped up later on.

The hotel has a good location. the beds are comfortable , the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a total disappointment. The food is not good at all. Some of the products did not even seem fresh but canned. The eggs didn’t even taste right. No coffee maker in the room being that it is rated with four stars.

Staff, Stephanie, waitress and Kamna, receptionist. Thank you for making our stay even more joyful.Hopefully we will see you again next year.

Hotel looks ok but the public toilet as well in the room has a weird smell.

The family room had a weird smell. The toilet room smell like pee.

It was perfect everything I loved about it. Definitely booking this hotel again. Everything I be definitley booking this hotel again it was fantastic staff excellent customer service friendly polite very helpful . Plus it was spotless.

The staff are fantastic especially Kamana. She’s part of the reason we book to stay at the Alba every year.

This isn't a 4 star hotel. Rooms are tiny, old, no facilities.

The location is great. It is very clean. Staff is very helpful, professional and polite.

My only complaint would be breakfast and the setup. No juice etc etc. However, there was only one staff so she may have been overwhelmed. I will still recommend the hotel though.

Lovely clean, modern hotel... easy walking distance from the main attractions in Lourdes, whilst not suffering from the noise from the visiting crowds. Staff were great and rooms were clean. Free parking for motorcycles, too

Quiet location , nice gardens, immaculately clean and cool in the tremendous heat. This was welcome .Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. We didn’t use the restaurant as it seemed a little bit expensive. Good was cheaper outside in the surrounding restaurants.

The staff was helpful, accommodating and friendly. Great experience!
