Hôtel Lutetia

This is a newly and comprehensively gem of an inexpensive hotel located one block south of the SNCF Rail station/ Bus and 10 minutes walking from the Grotto. The family that runs the hotel is quite attentive to the need of guests. Many local restaurants.

Location was perfect for a few dsys stay. Food was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly.

It’s a small establishment that is not comparable to well known brand hotels but its value for the money is competitive. If you want a quiet place where the essentials are available, then you will enjoy your stay.

Very clean, was better than how it appeared in pictures, spacious, super convenient to train station, comfortable bedding. No a/c but a fan was provided and was able to open window due to quiet location so slept well.

Shower stall doors didn't completely close all the way so some water leaked out, but it was otherwise fine. Wish free coffee or tea could be provided.

We liked everthing

Very clean, simple room with a view over the town to the beautiful mountains in the distance. While the room had not the newest decor, the family took fantastic care of it with daily cleaning. That care and their kind welcomes made it a very positive stay.

The property was clean and the staff was very courteous. Very close to the train station and a very short walk to anything in Lourdes.

The staff was welcoming. The location is very near Gare de Lourdes train station so we didn’t have to worry about rushing our visit in the Lourdes Sanctuary and Grotto to catch our trip. The place was clean.

Very impolite staff, these people need to remember that thanks to tourists they have bread on the their tables, they need human resources classes to learn how to treat people. If you don't want to sleep with the smell of sewers in your room and sleep with the window open, AVOID this place.This is the first time after traveling around 36 countries that I'll not return to the same hotel.Unpleasant people.

Location was terrific- just near train station. Was old but super clean. Pretty basic but just what we needed for a one night transfer.

Beds were pretty old but clean.

Good Italian restaurant onsite. Good breakfast. Good size room.

Room was a bit warm for sleeping. No top sheet, just duvet.

It is a simple little hotel in a very good Location near the train /bus stop station and a good walking distance to the sanctuary.It is in a quiet area even though it is beside the main road.it is super clean and a real good value for money.They also allowed your luggage to be kept after you checked out.Very Nice staff and the hotel feels homey.This is my second time staying at Hotel Lutetia and would have stayed last year with them but they don’t have a space on the days i booked so ended up in a different hotel.I made sure I booked in advance this year.?

The shower in my room is not strong but enough for you to have a shower.The shower holder does not hold so you have to hold it with your hand .Other than this it is all great.I would have given it a 10 .

Location, location, location.It is walking distance from the train station (5 mins) and 15 mins walk to the Basilica.

The location of the hotel is convenient when walking to the railway station. It also give a short walk to the town centre of Lourdes.

Close to the Lourdes Station and the bus went from the station to Lourdes Sanctuary.

I liked the staff and the fact that they regularly cleaned the room. The staff was very friendly. The place is only a few steps from the train station where shuttle from airport stops.

The only one is the bed i was sleeping in. There were two single beds and for some reason the one i was sleeping in was too soft that I was sinking and caused my back to hurt. I would also prefer if they had a proper cupboard rather than one made with the wall.
