- There was good wifi, the staff were friendly and spoke English (a real bonus for two kiwis who are very shy about their poor French) and the location was excellent. We were a short walk into the old town and to the train station. The bed was comfortable and the temperature of the room was easy to manage. Disappointingly, the room was not like that pictured, although comfortable enough. There were some obvious signs of wear and tear and there was a strange smell coming from the pipes in the shower.
