- The location was good. Being close to the central train station. Staff were friendly.
- The staff and the location were excellent. We liked that the bar was open 24 hours. There were excellent restaurants nearby. It was a short walk to the train station and to the main attractions as well.

- The room we had was very small and cramped. Too small for comfort. The breakfast was adequate but there were no gluten free options. The staff didn't have any understanding of gluten free food and as a coeliac was unfortunate. Also no hotel bar.
- The room was too small for the price. The door to the bathroom hit the sink and two people could not fit in the bathroom. We were in room 236 and when we asked for a different room none were available.
