- Very clean, very helpful staff who all spoke great English
- Located only a block away from the subway and tram stations. Extremely helpful staff who knows exactly how to get to any place you want. Rooms are quite modern and clean.
Cons -
- Advertised being air conditioned; when the a/c was set to 18ÃÂðC (about 64ÃÂðF) the room was still so warm it woke me up at night. I was told the a/c was working normally and given a fan.
- Room cleaning staff didn't replace towels every day.
