It lies in Hamburg's lively St. Georg district, 1640 feet from Hamburg Central Station. Its air-conditioned rooms include soundproofed windows, leather furnishings and cordless telephones. - The staff went out of their way to help me, to get things we requested, give directions, and call a cab for us
- secure hotel/room/lift entry system gym & 3 saunas on 7th floor friendly,efficient&helpful staff overall cleanliness free wifi essential for teenagers! 2 mins walk to nearest U-Bahn station (1 stop to city centre) Lidl opposite (cheaper breakfast)
- Nice, modern & clean. Centrally located in the heart of Hamburg close to Central station.
Cons -
- had a few issues which i have contact the head office of the hotel with.
- Different cultures I guess... they have no wash cloths or don't use a top sheet on the bed (just a heavy blanket). So that was weird to us. Also there were no USB ports.
- beds were a bit too soft expensive bar (to be expected I suppose) no tea/coffee making facility in room although chargeable room service could have been provided (but complimentary in most hotels I have stayed in)
