Centrally located. Clean and modern
Prior experience at this property when it was owned and/or managed by a different group. A year ago I was given a wonderful full-sized room with full bed, desk & chair overlooking a quiet courtyard. Staff was warm, friendly & gracious. Good room rate.

No air conditioning, rooms were very hot even with the windows open. Can be noisy with Tivoli nearby
This year the room rate is 30% higher, the room half the size, the bed cramped and no privacy of view. Staff now hardcore corporate types, uncaring, unyielding, loyal only to policies. Tried to charge hourly for delayed checkout. Avoid this soulless trap.

The location is great with many attractions within walking distance. We liked the minimalist decor of the rooms. Bathroom was a nice size. Breakfast had a great selection and service was very good. Nice bar with a courtyard so you could sit outside.

The room was a bit too small although we had one of the bigger ones.
