Great location
Everything! Only a five minute walk to the Zurich HB, the central train station, old town, main shopping area! Incredible and friendly staff! Great breakfast!

Cons -

Staff rude, rooms outdated, old, smelly, stains, floor broken boards. No communication w anyone, check in and out yourself, no help of any kind. Even if the room is ready and you come at 1:50 pm, they wont let you in the room until 2pm. Location so-so.

The room was dusty, extremely hot, and poorly lit (like, could barely see when the sun went down). The shower had mildew all around it.

Great location
