It would be difficult to say what we liked BEST! We liked everything: Location, staff, ambiance, quiet, cosy yet stylish. Clean. Complimentary tea and coffee available 24/7 in attractive reception room. Room a little small, but very comfortable.
The location was very good, and the hotel perfect!
Great staff and location.

Cons -

No ramp for luggage entering the Main entrance
Nothing.
Pillows very soft and flat. Bed had just a down comforter. Would have liked a sheet and a lighter blanket.
