Cheap, somewhat close to train station, wifi worked.

Cons -

No staff present onsite. One overwhelmed woman who came there from elsewhere when I called twice. No elevator. No clean towels for the second night. Slippery bathroom floor and poor shower. Step down from bathroom area to bedroom. Noisy. neighborhood.
