Large room, very quiet, very clean

The breakfast was nothing to write home about. Eggs were cold. They didn’t provide bottled water in the room.

Comfortable hotel near Turin Porta Susa station. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Room lacked a kettle or other means of making a hot drink and the public areas were a little tired.

Excellent location just steps from the Porta Susa train station. This train station also has train connections to and from the Turin airport. Location is perfect if you are arriving or departing Turin by train or flight. Also front desk is staffed 24 hours in case you are coming or going at odd hours.

My room was spacious but no air conditioning and it was quite warm in August. Opening the windows meant a lot of street noise from motorcycles, buses and cars being right by the train station. This would not be an issue in colder months.

Good location for travelling in/out of train station Porta Susa - less than 5 minutes' walk away.A few restaurants nearby, but nothing very special (we found). Large, clean room.

Air conditioning in room was not fully effective.TV in room had weak signal on almost every channel.The area seemed very quiet and lacking in character, though there is probably easy access to other parts of Turin.The vending machines in the hotel do not take euro notes and when we asked for coins in return for notes, reception was not able to provide them and suggested we walked to a restaurant up the street to get change.

Strong chemical smell when we first entered the room, which was unnoticeable in few hours.

The location is very close to the train station. The room is super big. Front desk is really nice and helpful and spoke perfect English. They sell Metro tickets at the front desk of you need one. It is clean.

The hotel is outdated and need a refresh.

This is the 3rd time we book at this hotel: extremely convenient from a location perspective, good price/value and spacious rooms. The staff is amazing. The decor is a bit outdated, but amazingly clean.

Clean and comfortable as well as nicely decorated

The suite was spacious and comfortable. Across the street from Porta Susa and Metro, short walk from Avis. Plenty of bars downstairs for a drink which we needed after a day of travel from Paris. Lovely view of quiet courtyard. Really, this place was perfect wand far exceeded expectations. Fine (typical) Euro breakfast. Don’t hesitate.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful with directions and getting a late night bite to eat. Loved the buffet breakfast. 15 minute walk to city center

The only downer was that it got kinda hot and stuffy and we could not get the room cooled down without opening windows to a busy street

Right next to porta Susan rail station. Easy access to city centre. Clean rooms. Safe area.

Fruit at breakfast would be nice. The scrambled eggs are always overcooked, not just here its so common

Location beside train station. room big and staff really friendly. Breakfast was basic but good enough to start the day. There are a few nice bars restaurants and a great ice cream shop right next door. Walk into the very historical centre of Turin was 15mins.

A few car parking spaces outside on the road so if you don't get one of these you need to go to a local car park not too far away. We were lucky to get one for the weekend. Basic toiletries provided but no shampoo provided

Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean room and building in general, nice furniture with a vintage look, but clean and functional, great location next to Porta Susa train station and within walking distance from the historical center of Turin. The stands in the hallway were stacked with up-to-date info cards on tourist attractions (museums, exhibitions, shopping), which actually influenced our list of things to do and see. For breakfast, food and drinks options are numerous, for all tastes. Quite many teas and infusions, more than in other hotels. The waiters were kind and always on the move: adding more foods and drinks, cleaning the food stands and tables. I've rarely seen serveral waiters in a small place and here they all knew what to do, when and they were fast and effective, without their presence being intrusive in any way to the customers while selecting their food and eating.

There was some noticeable car traffic noise coming from the street, at night (but only if you get a window on the main facade).

Location is good, near to train station and bus stations.

The room we were initially given was very old, with an extra bed that we didn't need. Full of closets. We asked to change rooms because we didn't like it, they gave us a smaller one, which was still big. We asked for a room like the one shown in the photos on Booking.com and they told us they were the same ones, which didn't look like the photos at all. With a red quilt, because it wasn't even a comforter, it was quite ugly. In order to sleep we took it off and opened the balcony doors because the room smelled damp. There was a closet that had a padlock and a note saying you couldn't open it or you had to pay a fine of 15 Euros. What was that closet for? The truth is it was quite creepy. I took sleeping pills for 3 nights to be able to sleep. Getting to the rooms is like a labyrinth, stairs and turns, and the hallways are dark, with sensor lights that sometimes don't turn on immediately and you are left in the dark. We didn't really like the hotel and we won't be going back. Next time we'd rather go to Porta Nuova where there are better quality hotels in the surrounding area.
