Pros +
- Location
- The hotel is absolutely fantastic! Located right in the vibrant heart of everything, it’s near all the top attractions. The front desk staff are exceptional—especially Christian, who went above and beyond with my requests and even upgraded our room for my partner's birthday on arrival, along with Soheila, Lorenzo, Edoardo, and bar staff Joan (John). The rooms are beautifully maintained and luxurious. The breakfast blew me away with a huge variety of delicious options. The service is outstanding, with staff like Sarah truly caring for guests. An unforgettable, exhilarating stay!
- Location could not be better. Literally at the heart of the city’s historic centre. The rooms where really nice, modern with all necessities. Really nice breakfast. The rooms were very quiet.
Cons -
- Our room was basically up in the roof very small Breakfast was very poor No fresh bread I actually complained bread stale for toastin
- Nothing negative to say.
- Hot water in the shower came after leaving it running for like 5 minutes! Also, there were issues with the elevators and we were situated on the 4rth floor. Not the boutique hotel vibe I was looking for.

Room and location
Breakfast: limited choices
Great room, super friendly staff. Superb location right in the centre of Torino but not noisy at all. Cappuccino at breakfast was made on the spot nof from a automatic machine as most hotels do...
happy with everything
Nice hotel with very kind and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Good location to start exploring the city.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel is very clean and well located. The breakfast is rich and very tasty
The modern and stylish decor was so inviting and the location was brilliant and a short distance to absolutely everything. I found the staff extremely helpful and accommodating and I can’t wait to return to the Indigo and stay there again.
Location, cleanliness, service
Small room size
The hotel is located in the center of Turin, very convenient.
The room was extremely noisy, as it faced the tram tracks. It was impossible to sleep after 5 a.m. At breakfast, my son asked for fried eggs because he doesn't eat scrambled eggs, and they charged extra for that.
We loved the quiet rooms and the access to the beautiful sauna every morning. This made the whole experience feel like a holiday. The breakfasts were amazing too and the proximity to everywhere we needed to go was incredible. We had hired a car and there was a parking garage just 5 min walk from the hotel for those days we needed to drive further.
Some nights the rooms were hot and the air conditioner was already turned off because of the change of season so we had to have the balcony windows open which made those nights a little noisier than others
Couldn't fault the hotel, room, shower, bed all excellent and the staff were always polite, smiling and very efficient.
Nothing, will definitely go back
Nice hotel, good breakfast, well located, polite staff
Everything was good
Nice hotel, good breakfast, well located, polite staff
Everything was good
Good location ,nice room but a little small.
Very slow elevator.
We expected a more proper...
There was a problem with the shower, and after it was fixed there was a sewage smell that made it almost impossible to enter the bathroom. The hotel sent someone to spray a nice scent, but they didn’t actually fix the problem, and we had to stay like that for two days.
Superb location. Bed size and room. Breakfast. Friendly staff. Bar. Cleanliness.
Nothing particular except for tram noise.
Points for excellent air conditioning! It was hot and humid in Turin, but my room was pleasant and cool. The staff were lovely and very helpful, the location is excellent, just by the royal palace and a 15-minute walk from the University.
One minor point to note about the room doors. They aren't soundproof; you can even see a sliver of light from the corridor underneath the door. Luckily, people weren't very noisy while I was staying there, but once I woke up to the sound of people talking in the corridor.
