King bed was two twin beds pushed together with a space between. Not conducive for a married couple.

Proximity to stadium and excellent staff.

Only 1 restaurant to choose from.

lack of security. I was accosted on arrival on my floor it was 448 pm I went to the desk clerk only 1 clerk overwhelmed there was a line up of 4 sets of guests as i was in the line the man (he was with another man) came up close behind and in english told me No talking see you later. He wasn’t towards the lounge to a group of 4 me. talked looked at me I am. white woman solo traveller used to travel in Italy. I went to my room and checked out interrupted the clerk did not wait in line and drove back to my accommodation near Alba

Excellent breakfast, close to the airport and the city (15 minute drives)

Very safe. A lot of parking space. The room is very clean. Breakfast is good quality.

No kettle in the room. Amenities is too little.

Property, location and staff

We have been given rooms without Wi-Fi. The staff knows that the signal doesn’t reach some rooms. Communicating rooms very noisy

Great location for every Juve fan, nice and helpful staff.

Rugs or carpet should be added to the room it would be perfect ?

The location was very good and the environment was great.

There was no coffee maker, no kettle, no iron, The size of the room was very small and there was no spaces for our luggage

Hotel is perfect!

they don't clean the tables at breakfast although there are a lot of staff. If you come to breakfast later, you have a problem where to sit.

Modern hotel, not far from the main road, yet quiet; easy ample parking. Lovely inner court, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Definitely recommended to Juventus fans - the theme is everywhere; and the football field, of course

If you are not fully blinded by J memorabilia around.. I wasn’t, so I noticed the heavy smell of household chemicals upon entering the room- luckily got aired away by night with open balcony door; the wardrobe was so sweaty smelly that I didn’t dare put my coat in; breakfast was a disgrace to Italy: I came ~ one hour before it was finished to lukewarm scrambled eggs, unappetizing bacon floating in grease, rather poor (for a 4* hotel) selection of meat and cheese. Nobody welcomed me, I had to ask for coffee, tried to get another cup but staff seemed preoccupied with their other duties. To be honest, the only friendly person was a young man at the reception upon arrival, everyone else looked like they didn’t care and want you to leave asap. A warning to foreign travelers- has nothing to do with the hotel though- don’t set a toe on the road before you are sure that the car has stopped: I was almost run over by a car on a zebra crossing by the hotel; the driver never stopped..

Was my third time staying in there…. Is very simple and clean, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, the restaurant is amazing.

Everything. The hotel is amazing. Beds, facilities, the environment, the energy, the breakfast is fantastic and if you're a Juve fan, it's like paradise.

Very comfortable and clean! Plenty of space for parking. Wonderful breakfast and very good restaurant. Good location: quite close to the airport and not far from city centre (about 15/20 minutes by car and 40 min by public transport). There’s a nice shopping centre near the Juventus Museum

The lobby was very nice and clean also well designed, looks like a 5* hotel. Also had the offer of private parking in a garage that is safe

They didn’t not fulfill the special request even after accepting it. I got a double bed instead of the requested 2 single bed which they have approved

Wake up early to meet juve player at entrance of training center!

It was our second stay at this hotel. Everything is extremely pleasant. Very good breakfast. Available parking. Recommend to all!
