The whole facility is nice, very clean, polite staff, location, excellent breakfast.

The location of the hotel was great! The staff very helpful and kind. The room was very clean.

I didn't like the size of the bed, was very small and it was a folding bed. The layer was comfortable but still the bed was small. For the breakfast I would prefer more variety such as things without sugar.

The shower was just too small i couldn't fit and the toilet was very hard to use, and painful, due to its size. I am overweight but not that huge.

We had a room on the street and it was really very noisy; it was difficult to sleep.

Easy check-in. Great location right in the centre of Turin, easily located for both Susa and Nuova stations (both of which we used). Good eating places close by. Comfy large bed.

Coffee at breakfast time wasn't too good! Surprising for Italy.

Was given a very noisy room and when asked to change the male on the desk 'said every room is noisy'. Not really what you want to hear. I thankfully stood my ground and got moved to a much better room that was significantly quieter. It's just disappointing that solo travellers get treated this way. The staff acted like I was asking for the earth rather than just wanting a decent room to sleep in.

Electric sockets in the main room doesn't accpet German (schuko) plugs. My laptop charger plug simple doesn't fit in the holes. Sockets in the main room are too old. Wifi had poor connectivity. It will not suite any remote work needs. No AC at least in my room.

1 particular male staff member in a suit at reception had a very bad attitude towards his customers. He was arrogant and rude.

The breakfast was excellent -- many choices. The location of the hotel was perfect: within easy walking distance of museums and all the places in the city that we wanted to go.

Excellent location of this hotel. Clean rooms. They provide a space to leave your luggage free of charge. Brakfast included, although modest quality

The breakfast was very good but they need a second coffee machine. They call themseves „Petit Hotel“ but with 96 rooms long lines form in Front of the Single hoffe machine
