Hotel Adriano

Some of the staff were excellent. There was lady there who was elderly and who initially told me she had no booking for me and was quite dismissive. I found her hard to deal with.

As Above. The TV did not work. The cistern is the toilet was not working prpoerly and there was water running from the cistern 24/7. Two minor issues but when you stay 6 nights - it gets a bt annying.

Near the public transport,clean,good wifi,comfortable bed,breakfast ok,delicious coffee.

Staff at the night shift cannot speak English, but he was super friendly. It might be better to have someone who speaks English as well.

Breakfast was included and they have good quality coffee, but the variety of food wasn't that great.

One night stay - lovely staff. Quiet place and decent rooms. Clean and well maintained.

Sound insulation of the walls was poor, it was easily to hear others.

Good value for money

the hotel is a bit old, it is small, it should not be a 3 star hotel, far from tourist attractions, the hall way to the rooms is dark, the breakfast is scarce and limited, they will ask for more water and the glass they use is plastic

The staff was super kind and helpful. The room was clean and equipped with all amenities. The place is situated in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to restaurants, supermarkets and public transport.

there was no fridge or a coffee cattle in the room, also the drain of the air condition unit was inside the room were i had to empty it every day.

It was perfectly adequate for what we needed, air con, a comfy bed, clean room, decent shower and breakfast. House keeping was done every morning so you came back to a tidy room which was nice.There is a nice restaurant next door, reasonably priced, which was very welcome after a long day travelling. There are lots of eateries within walking distance. To get to the centre of Turin we took a tram or bus, tickets are bought from the newsagents at the end of the road.

Just some shelving to put toiletries in the bathroom. The plug socket was directly above our heads when in bed and were easily knocked by pillows etc, so didn't feel that safe. The rooms are very brown, maybe some lighter paintwork to make it more welcoming.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast, locations, and cleanliness. Breakfast was standard and perfect. The staff is supportive and well managing. The room are small but it is fine as the building looks old.

Nothing as such

Staff very friendly and helpful, room was spotless and comfortable (if a little small) and breakfast was a typical buffet. Local amenities are fine and I found an excellent bar just around the corner!

I would have preferred to by closer to town, but there is a bus stop and I walked to the flixbus stuff in 30 minutes so wasn't a big deal.

A big far from city center

Good reception, staff were friendly and the service was good, free breakfast at no extra cost. I like the location. I could get anything I wanted within the environment or walking distance. There was also a parking lot for my car.

The heating facility was poor. The heater was really bad. I wanted a matrimonial bed but the one made available was two single beds joined together. We were not comfortable with it. The size of the room is small.
