Best Western Plus Executive Hotel And Suites

This hotel experience was wonderful. The location was perfect, the the room was spacious, clean and meticulously well designed. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff were very helpful , skilled and friendly. Picked at random, now my first choice.

Breakfast was simply amazing. Maybe the best breakfast of the trip. We didn't know anything about the area and had forgotten to book parking. We were able to find street parking easily and walked everywhere.

Breakfast is ok but the service I’m sorry is not as it’s best and not for a 4 star hotel There’s no bar because to get a drink you need to keep on asking reception I stayed in a lot off best western hotels around the world I’m sorry for the money we paid I expected more

The location was next to the train station, perfect if you plan to go to Milan or somewhere close by. Also quite close to Via Roma. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and they kept our luggages even after check out. The room was clean, warm and had everything inside.

The body wash was empty, but other than that all was great. The breakfast was good, it would have been nicer, if food was warm.

The room size and location. We book two rooms one was a suite. They were both nice size rooms and the suite had two full bathrooms which was a bonus. The clerk that checked us in was very helpful and accommodating, giving us suggestions about the area.

We asked to check out one day early of our five night stay. We were told we can leave when we wanted but there would be no refund on the last night. I would expect this from a small business but not a Best Western. The air conditioner did nothing to cool the room off. It was HOT. And extremely uncomfortable. We did ask to have it looked out. It seemed to work for a few hours but stopped. I had to purchase a fan to help sleep.

Comfortable beds, large spacious room and great bathroom with spacious shower. Very good value for money in a good location.

It was a shame the rooftop pool was closed for maintenance. It was early August and hot, it would be better to maintain the pool when it's not in peek season

Was clean and very modern.

Television was not able to change to English asked the staff and they didn’t know how to fix the language.

We booked the property as it had a roof terrace and small pool. Unfortunately this was closed indefinitely but we only found out when we asked to use the facility and not at booking. We had booked this hotel as it had a pool and terrace.

The reception staff were very good - informative and friendly.

The roof terrace and pool were not open which we should have been forewarned about. They were two of the key reasons for us booking this specific hotel.

The room was very quiet. The air conditioner was efficient, yet made very little noise. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast.

There was a snell of plastic throughout the main entrance , not sure what it was . Perhaps scented diffusers would be nice . Otherwise nothing else to suggest

Everything was absolutely excellent, but a very special mention for the breakfast which was comprehensive and the best value of a breakfast anywhere! The choice put many, many hotel breakfasts to shame. There were hot dishes, cereals, a cold buffet, an amazing selection of patisseries, plus very good coffee and other beverages. The hotel also recommended some good, nearby restaurants as we didn't want to go back into the centre and towards tourist orientated restaurants. We definitely approved of their choices! Altogether a vtop of our list.ery happy experience, and if ever we return to Turin, this hotel will be the top of our list. A big thank you to the staff also!

Everything met and fulfilled our expectations - and even surpassed them.

The location was perfect as in the area there are many good restaurants, furthermore is not far from any city area.What I found exceptional was the support given by Diego, a staff member. He did really a good job.The breakfast was very good and offered lots of choices.They gave us an upgrade on the room which was really appreciated!What can improve: we rented some bikes and they were really dusty...if you offer such a service you should make sure to clean them and have them regularly checked.

The location is convenient - within proximity to the train station and city center. The property is clean and well maintained, the personnel is friendly and helpful.

We were offered a room on the first floor , so it was a bit noisy.
