Friendly staff.

Too warm - Turned off the heating and still it was blasting out heat. Also the room next doors bathroom, connected through a locked door was very noisy. Could hear them at the toilet as if I was in the room.

I asked for 1 big bed,and request was approved!and I received 2 beds one next to other .I could not sleep all night because I was falling down between the 2 beds all night . I was very disappointed

Location and breakfast were good. Helpful staff!

Some noisy people at night woke me up few times , but it could have happened anywhere else too.

The toilet flushing is not very good, noisy, hotel didn't fix it. The lift is too small, only fit 3 people with lugguage

The receptionist was very polite and smiling all the time.

There was no water bottle in the room, no toilet paper even after refreshing the room, the minifridge wasn't working at all, problems with the electricity.

Really comfortable with great staff.Room was a good size and spotlessly clean.Good variety at breakfast.

I booked this hotel expecting 4-star comfort, but my experience was far from that. My first room was already in terrible condition: the shower glass was completely covered in limescale, the toilet seat was broken, the balcony was filthy, and there were absolutely no toiletries provided. The bathroom fixtures were damaged and looked neglected for a long time. After complaining, I was moved to another room — unfortunately, things got even worse. The bathroom’s main light was burnt out, leaving the room poorly lit. Water leaked all over the floor from the shower cabin doors, there was nowhere to put toiletries, and the air conditioner only blew warm air while making loud, unpleasant noises. The beds were worn out, sagging, and very uncomfortable, making sleep almost impossible. The only positive was the friendly staff, but that cannot make up for the poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and overall low quality of the facilities. I truly don’t understand how this property has been awarded 4 stars — it barely reaches the level of a budget hotel. Would not recommend and will not return.

The location was ok

They say all rooms have air conditioning, but they have turned off the system. Apparently, 25 degrees is not warm enough outside temperature for them to turn on the system. They have us a fan, which did not help. The room was very hot and stuffy and did not get a good night sleep. They should not advertise air-conditioned rooms if this is how it is.

It was very closed to Dora Park. Staff was friendly and the room had decent size.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, the room was not clean when I arrived. The bathroom toilet was not sealted, i found a dirty towel left from the last guest. It didn’t feel like the room had been properly cleaned or checked before my check-in.Then we found many ants on the floor ... for the price we paid , we did not even get breakfast included .

I always go for 4 stars and never less, if I find some great deal I will opt for 5 stars as well but rarely below 4. Said that this is one of the worse hotels I've stayed. With the exception of the hygiene which was good to be fair everything else was disaster

With the exception of the hygiene everything else was disaster breakfast selection (there was no food, I didn't have breakfast despite I paid for it), quality of food (the fruit basket was full of fruit rotten, they were there who knows since when and for the 3 days I sayed despite I reported they were still there), even coffee was disgrace which is something no one can mistake, the easiest thing everyone makes it righr in Italy is coffee but this one was disaster, staff was total disaster, when I checked in I asked for parking area they said they have no parking, and when asked if they knew any EV car charging point they said the don't know any, after speaking to another staff I discovered they have both parking and EV charge, there was no mini bar in the room and fridge was broken, at 42 degrees temp outside. I reported all of these along with the rotten fruit which I brought into reception as sample, it was like I didn't even exist, they were all indifferent and had no interest in what I reported.
