The breakfast was nice. Value for money.

Slightly away from center but I actually liked getting back and relaxing before heading into evening the metro stop is right there so buying a day ticket allows you to shuttle back and forth. Also, the restaurants out that way are more authentic. Find local cuisine out there and you’ll get good value. Good food and you won’t be taken.

The hotel is generally good and has everything you need. I liked that the room has both a bidet and a full bathtub. The breakfasts were also quite good. The staff were very polite. The room had slippers, shower gel, and shampoos, and they even left us some candies.

The hotel is rather old, and the room interiors are outdated, in some places resembling a train compartment. But overall, the price matches the quality, and everything is clear from the photos. Also, It takes about half an hour by bus to get to the city center

The hotel location is really bad. Full surrounded by drug sellers. Even day time. Looks scary. Never go again

Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Facilities were clean.

Room was quite small, space was quite tight (twin bedroom). No shelves or space to put suitcase. Staff was kind off meh, one guy was quite unfriendly. Water started dripping from our ceiling, so we had to move rooms.

The room was far too hot, the shutters did not open so no air flow at all. The heat in the room was stifling, so warm I could not sleep. The man on the desk on a very early check out was grumpy not at all friendly

Front desk was helpful and kind, right near the Dante Metro, quiet neighbourhood, good room for a fair price

For breakfast you need to update the TOASTER. The staff was very kind and helpful, we appreciated her services

The Hotel is well located, close to a metro station, only three stops from the central station, so if you’re travelling to discover the city, Giotto is a really good budget option.

We came to the festival, so we did not pay attention to the minuses of the room. I think if you come only to spend the night, and the whole day you walk around, the room perfectly fulfills its purpose
