Great location and the staff is so friendly

A little far from the train station, but Turin is a super walkable city. The hotel is 2 blocks from the river with a beautiful park, and two blocks from a large plaza. Breakfast is small but sufficient.

Nothing. It was one very small step up from a hostel, made worse by the terrible attitudes of the workers at the desk and breakfast room.

No parking, tired old building and worn out hotel. To call this dump a resort is a joke. Misleading at best.

The toilet is good.

The TV is not smart TV: you can't watch YouTube on TV.The room does not have Iron.

Great location, spacious and tidy rooms. The main attractions in Turin are within walking distance. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was a bit late, but we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel.

Sweet hotel in the Center of the city. Good atmosphere, parking and close to the restaurants and bars.

Poor breakfast. The worst espresso in Italia.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay. The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom modern and spacious. The location was very central and the city was walkable for us.

We did not get a room, but an apartment. Big living room and bedroom with a kitchenette, high ceilings, air conditioning in both rooms, typical Italian balcony. The bed was big and the pillows comfortable. Central location, in and old building, so beware you might use the stairs since the elevator did not work for us. The breakfast was nice, good coffee with savory and sweet treats.

The parking spots are for a Fiat 500, it was almost impossible to park there since there was no space at all to maneuver the car. They also have a notice that they are not held responsible to damages to the car since the parking spots are within regulations. Although I liked the shower amenities they give you, the shower itself need a thorough cleaning and/or to be regrouted; the rest of the bathroom was really clean.

The room was a bit run down. The room overlooks a street that sees quite a bit of traffic and noise until fairly late at night

Very charming, excellent location near the piazza, staff were friendly and helpful. Not much parking but plentiful nearby. We loved the old commercial elevator . Great fun!

Perfectly located near the city centre and next to the river Po.Cleanliness seems to be top priority. Staff at the reception was friendly and very helpful.

Interior and furniture a bit worn out. Peculiar odour in our bathroom that propagated into our hotel room.One of our units had a broken washbasin. No decent duvet or blanket during cold weather period.The staff preparing breakfast could use some training on customer interactions.
