As soon as I entered the hotel I wanted to pass out from the overwhelming strong fragrance that lingered throughout the concierge, bar area, breakfast and I could even smell it from the dinner area. It was nauseating .

Great location in the centre of the city, spacious room, enormous bathrooms. The beds were fantastic. The SPA really adds value.

Some of facilities are a bit old, but still well kept

amazing view and room. I really loved it! The bed, the furniture, the bathroom. We even got a free upgrade to a suite! Thank you! The spa is really great, the massage and cosmetics were amazing as well.

central location and walking distance to all attractions and central to all transport. Breakfast was well organised and plenty of choices. Serving staff were well trained and very efficient. Level of communication in another language was excellent.

Everything about this hotel is outstanding: the service, location, breakfast, bar, room, and the size and comfort of the room.Well worth the price.

First century located with very friendly staff from the Bellman to the front desk. Well covered terrace with friendly service. Lovely swimming pool and a great hamam!!

From the moment we checked in, every member of staff was fantastic .They anticipated our needs and nothing was too much trouble. We were provided with great restaurant recommendations by the front desk. The barmen directed us to sites we should see and were to buy certain goodies. We only ate breakfast in the hotel but the food and service were great.

A genuine moment of well-being.Breakfast deserves special mention. Even as a vegan, I found everything I needed: a generous, high-quality selection, thoughtfully presented. No compromises, just quality and attention to detail.Overall, Principi di Piemonte delivers at every level. A hotel that understands hospitality and executes it with precision. I will gladly return.

we were travelling with 2 little boys, the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and comfortable, when we arrived the pool was closed for maintenance so we got a free drink every night from the bar as compensation, location is perfect right in the centre, the fact that i didn’t have to worry about parking as there is a valet that takes the car from the front of the hotel and brings it back whenever you need it was also excellent, there was an answer for every question we had, lets say that everytime ill visit turin (and its a lot) this will be my go to hotel.they even got us a gift Juventus themed (our favourite football team), hands down the best hotel in turin

Very happy to receive a generous room upgrade. Lovely views out over the old city. Excellent central location - walking distance to all the major attractions. A high quality luxury hotel with a nice spa, pool and well equipped fitness studio. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

EVERYTHING!Have had the luxury of staying in some of the finest hotels in the world and this one is definitely on the list. Staff was friendly,courteous and efficient. The room was large and clean. Location was excellent, especially if you want to shop, make a stop at the various eateries and very close to the Metro.

Principi di Piemonte is a standout 5‑star choice in Turin. It delivers elegance, comfort, and excellent service in a prime location. If I stayed again, I would choose a higher floor room, perhaps ask for the quiet side, check spa hours, and enjoy more meals at their restaurant to see more of their offerings. Slight adjustments could make the next stay perfect.

Fantastic breakfast and bars, staff wonderfull

Beautiful suite at a reasonable price, right in the heart of Turin but in a quiet back street. Stylish spa facilities which were very quiet every time we visited. The city is incredible and right on the doorstep of the hotel. We had a great view of the city and the Alps.

I like a hard bed but appreciate they may not be for everyone.
