    • Our stay at Hotel Santo Stefano was truly perfect and one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for.A special thank you to Valentina and Simone—they were exceptional! Valentina's warm smile and thoughtful recommendations turned our days into seamless adventures, while Simone handled every request with incredible efficiency and genuine kindness. Their personalized attention to our comfort and activity planning made all the difference. The hotel itself is stunning: beautifully designed with elegant, comfortable rooms and a serene atmosphere throughout. The view from the 5th floor is spectacular. Its location couldn't be better—right in the heart of everything. All the major sights, restaurants, and attractions were just a short, pleasant walk away, so we never needed taxis or public transport. Highly recommended—thank you again to the entire team, especially Valentina and Simone, for making our trip so special!
    • Stayed two nights paid for three. had to leave, . Refused to give the money back for the day prepaid.
    • Perfect location to explore Turin! Super clean rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was amazing too.

    Cons -

    • There was no gym or health facilities.
    • Staff.
    • Parking is limited and requires additional payment. The minibar is expensive and difficult to understand what is complimentary and what isn’t.

The position of the hotel in the center of Turin , the cleanliness but what we really loved it was the breakfast at La Pista Bistrot the variety of food hot and cold and drinks the presentation was amazing.

The property is only maybe 200m away from St John’s Cathedral housing the shroud of Turin. It’s in quite a nice area of Turin and close to all the notable museums and centre. The hotel is a beautiful quirky building that is finished to a luxury standard. There’s 5 floors and on the 5th floor is a panoramic view of Turin. There’s a small gym, excellent outdoor seating area, bar, restaurant and reception waiting area furnished with a grand piano. It’s exceptional really.

Parking is limited and requires additional payment. The minibar is expensive and difficult to understand what is complimentary and what isn’t.

The hotel was nicely located and the staff were pleasant.

The room (in particular the bathroom and the teacup saucer) were dity.

The location and the quickness of the staff.

The hotel needs more maintenance, they need to clean the showerheads, the hinges on the doors need to be cleaned.

Great location right next to the old city and Roman ruins. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very good, modern, comfortable and clean.

Room was great - though just an odd shape. Bed was super confortable

The shower was very strange. Would not recommend to anyone with mobility issues. It required you to go up stairs and down into a bathtub.

Location was perfect. Very central to the old town. Lovely room. Helpful staff.

Great positioning in center of Turin

    - The double bed was actually 2 twin beds “merged” that kept moving during the night leading to back pain and bad sleep.- AC was loud (impossible to sleep with it on, regardless that the room was getting super hot) but didn’t even cool that well, I tried the lowest temp (20C) and I didn’t feel anu difference after 30 mins.- Door’s keypad was broken, it took us a long time to open the door properly, even the cleaning lady couldn’t open it right away.- Water in the shower was randomly getting cold, also shower door didn’t properly close.- Parking is non reservable, so you cannot use the car during your stay with guarantee you have parking when you return to the hotel.- Be super cautious when using the stairs, especially if you have mobility issues, they are very poor designed.

Excellent location close to the Royal Palace, historic city center and many good restaurants just around the corner.Very reach breakfast, convenient parking on site, very helpful staff.

    10HannahPosted on: 4-7-2025

Location is perfect- right in the centre of the city and close to lots of good restaurants and bars. Breakfast was great, so much variety and choice. Staff were also very friendly and helpful! If driving, be aware that parking for larger cars is quite difficult. We could not fit into spaces reserved for hotel and had to go to bottom floor of public parking but this was only marginally more expensive than the hotel cost.

superb breakfasts right near centre and quiet

A wonderful hotel with a very unusual and impressive architecture. The decorations and paintings on the walls are amazing. The location is absolutely perfect. The attitude of the hotel staff towards customers is beyond praise. Excellent breakfasts. We also had dinner at the hotel. The waiter (Elisey, if I'm note mistaken) was incredibly helpful and friendly and gave us a lot of advice on the choice of dishes and wine, as we needed it. We will definitely stay at the hotel again when we arrive in Turin.

The staff are so welcoming and helpful and will go over and above for you. The rooms are large and airy. The location is perfect, so close to all of the sights.

Maintenance could look at some of the walls etc in the room, a bit marked etc, but not a huge problem. The food in the restaraunt wasn't great and when left the staff didn't seem to be concerned why.

Very nice hotel, very well located and with a especial staff in particular Aron, he received us in a very special way, explaining all about the city with tips and suggestions of restaurants and places to go.
