Best Western Crystal Palace Hotel

The breakfast was excellent, room itself was clean

The AC did not work and they claimed it was not working for 10 days....they didn't inform at the time of check in .. The area of the hotel location is seedy with beggars.. nothing about the area the facade makes it feel 4 star...not a palace at all!

Convenient location and the staff

The location has a lot of colorful individuals outside the hotel as it is directly in front of the train station... This can be intiminating if you are a single woman traveling solo.

Family room was fantastic; two levels which the kids loved. It was clean and very comfortable. Umberto, who worked at the front desk, was extremely helpful. He recommended great restaurants and things to see and answered the many questions that my family and I had.

Location is very good to see sites; however, it is a little too close to the train station. I knew this prior to booking of course.

2-3 mins walk from the station, near subway and bus stops. Safe area and nice facilities

None. I plan to stay here again when I come back to Turin.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel. Everything was in perfect order right from the start. Staff were there for any necessity, and the rooms were one of the best I have experienced. Keep it guys.

Closer to train station and staff were helpful

Our room was spacious and the appointments of the room excellent. The room was cleaned and straightened every day, and towels refreshed. The breakfast was a delicious treat and Maria, who attended to hotel clients was gracious, efficient and thoughtful. The front desk staff were very helpful in directing us to important sights as well as making dinner reservations for us. The main train station was literally across the street, but not noisy.

The neighborhood was very urban and the streets were busy, but it proved to be well located for excellent restaurants.

Everything was good The gentleman on reception , when I was leaving, was exceptionally pleasant and helpful ! The hotel is well situated for walking to all the points of interest . The hotel was directly in front of me as I left the station .

The area next to the station, was not the best. But I knew and expected this, it’s normal for station areas.

Very easy access if you are arriving by train.The room decoration was nice. There was a vault, big enough to keep my 16'' notebook.Closets to organize all our clothes.Electric boiler in the room to make tea.

First of all the most uncomfortable toilet I have ever seen, it was too high, even for me with 1.85 m height.And it was not flat, it was tilted towards the left, very weird.On checkout they tried to charge me more, because I had changed the dates. The original trip was on June, but then I requested, through Booking, to change to October, and on checkout they said October was high season and that I had to pay more. In the end I didn't pay more, after showing the receptionist the booking change dates confirmation where it did not mention a rate increase. He recognized it was a misunderstanding. Anyway surprises like this are always unpleasant.

Good value breakfast with a range of fruits, breads, cheese, meats and cakes.

The location is great. Perhaps the area is a little rough in the evening, the hotel is perfect. Next to the station walking distance from everything you need. Bus to the airport 5 minutes walk away.

Great location to train station. Arrived late in the day and staff were very friendly and helpful at check in and out. The room was very nice and comfy bed.

Hotel just steps from Torino Porta Nuova station, strategically located within walking distance of the city center, the Po riverside, and Valentino Park. With a bit more attention to room details—particularly a more comfortable mattress and pillows—the stay would be practically perfect, not just excellent.

The property is really nice and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The location is not great. It is close to the city center but in an area where we didn't feel safe.

Air conditioning could be better but otherwise this is a very sound and well located hotel.

The room, the staff and location were good

No hot water in the evening, had to take a cold shower. Breakfast was basic.

Near to central station in turin and walking distance to tourist attractions.

Dodgy area where there are lot of groups hang out on the streets. They may be nice people but for tourists and first timers it might look a bit scary.
