- I loved the style, which represents the best of Turin.Great people, great location, and service. The reception staff are very polite and communicative. The room was comfortable and equipped with all the necessary facilities. I will definitely book it again when I'm in Piedmont. Thank you ?
- Staff was very kind and breakfast was excellent. The location was very good as it was close to the train and metro stations. Very excellent restaurants and shopping were also close by.
- The room is spacious, new, and clean. Feels more than a 3*. Excellent value for money and a convenient location for public transportation or a walk to the main attractions. In the area, there are plenty of options for dining as well. The opportunity to secure private parking at such a competitive rate also sets it apart.
Cons -
- The shower was very tiny and the heat would not turn off even though we turned it off.
- Would have a bigger tv considering the room size :)
- It was almost perfect. The bedroom was a little to much grey that appeared a little bit cold. The other part of the hotel was amazing!

The staff super friendly and the location
It was almost perfect. The bedroom was a little to much grey that appeared a little bit cold. The other part of the hotel was amazing!
The cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the location.
Wifi was a bit poor when working at the common room close to the reception area.
The Urbani Hotel well kept as always. Clean , comfortable rooms, good breakfast, convenient location to easy acces ti his
Nothing. Maybe just the cafe in the corner.
The staff. Unkind, unfriendly.
The Breakfast Buffet was exception and the Front Desk people could not have been more helpful! The room was a bit smaller, but we should have paid more attention about the size when booking. All in all, the staff made the stay exceptional!
Great location, nice comfortable room and bathroom, operating TV (rarity in Italy these days), nice staff.
Location is excellent for exploring the city and the Val di Susa. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Despite our room overlooking the street, we heard no noise from below. The air conditioning was excellent. We had asked for a room with a balcony and with two separate beds and that is exactly what we got.
Aside from pastries and bread, there were few breakfast options for vegetarians. Some websites said there was a bar/lounge at the hotel, but apparently there is not. The bathroom showed a little wear, but to be expected, I suppose.
We were on the fifth floor, so we had a wonderful view. The staff was nice, it was clean, and comfy bed, it has all your essentials. When you come back from a long day of exploring, it's so nice. Also, that was the side less touristy (but a nice easy 15 min walk to Piazza San Carlo), so it had really great restaurants that met our budget and expanded our taste buds.
Nothing, it was great!
Close to everywhere, if it's your first time in Turin definitely the best choice!! 2 minutes away from Porta Garibaldi station and 10 minutes from Via Roma
Central location in Turin almost next to the Porta Nuova train station. Ideal location to start exploring Turin. Breakfast is excellent for the price you pay.TIP: If you travel by car, contact the hotel upfront to make a reservation for a parking spot in front of the hotel.
Excellent staff. Highly professional, patient and helpful. I had heard some unflattering things about Italians before I traveled, especially how Italians look at people like me in general, and I was a bit anxious about how the whole "first time in Italy" experience would pan out. But the staff here quickly dispelled any preconceptions I had about Italy within minutes of meeting them. They were super nice to me throughout!
I happen to be quite sensitive to noise. I had a snoring neighbor next door who I could hear from my room throughout the night. I probably should have requested a more soundproof room but I hesitated. So that's on me.
Great hotel in a good location, clean, very quiet, good value for money.
Night shift men with mustard should not be working in hospitality industry, Bad and unprofessional character, and in the room was bad small hole time from the toilet.
The hotel was very close to the station. The room was clean and comfortable with effective Aircon. We had an early start the second morning so we had a breakfast box to take with us and they called the taxi for us to get to the other station. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
A bottle of water would have been useful to have with our packed breakfast.
The location of the hotel close to the city center. The staff are hospitable and helpful, the cleanliness of the room. parking available near the hotel which make it easier and safer.
Room was not so small, hotel stuff was very kind, breakfast was delicious. Hotel is not on exellent location but it is not need to be care for your safety.
It is not possible to make reservation of parking garage near of the hotel and parking in the public garage is expensive. I don't reccomend to park your car on the street.
It was in a very convenient location, near the train station. Beds were small but comfortable.
We couldn't adjust the air and it was hot. We didn't report it though.
