- It was clean.
Cons -
- Wifi not good on 3rd floor
- It was very hot and humid. Although the room was clean, it had an unpleasant smell. A hotel definitely needs air conditioning for the summer!
- The hotel feels a bit outdated overall. I didn’t notice any recent updates or investments – it has that “stuck in time” kind of atmosphere. The plastic flowers used as decoration are everywhere, which doesn’t really add to the coziness (though that’s probably a matter of taste). The biggest downside for me was the mattress – it was clearly worn out and could really use replacing. Unfortunately, I woke up with back pain every morning because of it.For a short stay of one or two nights, it’s okay, but for anything longer, it might get uncomfortable.

The hotel had secure street parking right in front of the entrance, which was convenient. Check-in was easy, and the staff gave a very nice welcome. They mostly spoke Italian but were very helpful and made an effort to assist. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was useful. My room was clean and had a view of the backyard that was actually pretty interesting.

Location close to River Pó, clean bed sheets, quiet street
Rude and disrespectful reception (a young dark hair man with huge eye glasses, he called me “nobody” and chased me for city tax and bar order bill payment on Sunday before my check-out on Monday as a maniac).A dysfunctional bar, archaic key and house rules, floppy cleaning - cleaners skip your room if you are inside it; the room floor was full of dust the entire 6-day stay, ridiculously small fridge, no kettle, no tea, no breakfast, the reception charged me $4,50 for hot water from the bar whereas a latte macchiato is only €1.50. Sundays are particularly dangerous at reception as the hotel manager is not present and the reception is free to harass guests.
Our stay at Hotel Eden was very nice. The place has a lot of character and is very clean safe and comfortable. The location is about 30 minutes from the center and gas plenty of stores, laundry markets, pharmacies and restaurants nearby and is a 10 minutes walk from the Nizza Metro stop. The Concierge at the front desk was very kind and helpful
A little musty and noise travels through the hotel
It was a fairly good area, but quite far from the centre
The rooms were very basic and outdated. The staff were quite unfriendly and unhelpful. The price was quite high for a very low standard of hotel. The location was about 30 mins walk from the city centre
Room was really nice, felt like recently renovated, looking very new and all. Shower was great and everything really clean. Simple but very nice breakfast and parking offer at the hotel was ideal (charged extra but that was known in advance, so no issues at all) as it is very hard to find parking. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall, great value for money and would easily stay again.
Everything fine. Clean room, good breakfast and near to bus station.
Room Cleaniness Warmth
Except the night watchman its a brilliant place :))
Localization is good in the city center. Also the parking is available in safety area but it is necessary to pay something.
Available 24 Hrs, breakfast good and staff helpful and friendly.
Air conditioning very basic. Goes on but make no difference. Bed was uncomfortable. Felt like it was a bit bowl shaped and I was constantly feeling I am gonna roll off.
Continental breakfast was great, the elevator is a bit small but it works fine, the rooms have a nice balcony. Staff was courteous and helpful even when there were language barriers at times. Close proximity to bus and metro connections to explore the city as well as local restaurants with great food.
The balcony was nice, but there's no view as you're right in the city surrounded by other buildings.
Hotel Eden is located in a super spot as its walking distance to the Metro and the main tourist attractions are literally two train stops away. Very friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was excepotional
It would have been great to have a cup or glass in the room. They had plastic cups, which split in half when I opened it out of the packet.
Friendly staff, nice breakfast and clean.
Mattress can be updated, it's very hard
Nice place to stay, the room was clean, plenty of space and, in addition, I stayed in the room with balcony, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast might not be for the taste of people, which are used to large buffet, but for me was great. The hotel offers really good pastry for the breakfast, especially croissant and good coffee to accompany. The city center can be reached within 40 min by foot or there's a public transport station right next to the hotel. Overall, pleasant experience.
Nothing much to say, maybe just the giant keys :D
Staff was super friendly, the room was very clean and the parking (paid separated, 15 eur) was a good option since it was Impossível to find a spot close to the hotel.
The breakfast is poor, we didn't eat there. I was also to pay separate a 5 euro fee if I wanted my 4 year old to have breakfast, so it was not really included like it was said when I booked.
This is a lovely small, family-run hotel. Staff were very welcoming and the room was comfortable and quiet. Close to the river and park. I had a room with a shared bathroom, but it was shared between only two rooms so never a problem. A good value-for-money option.
A Ripoff
The hotel is old very dirty and the employees are not serviceable nor kind.
Very near the river , so I could walk by the river to go to the centre of Turin and enjoy the beauty of nature, architecture of houses and villas .
