Great location. Super friendly staff. Shutters keep the room super dark at night. Tranquil location with no street noise at night. Pleasantly surprised given the reasonable price.

Bed was a bit firm but that’s personal choice. Vent fan in bathroom kept kicked on and off automatically but only while in bathroom. So no biggie. That’s being super picky too. Not much to not like.

Location was great, staff was fantastic and the rooms were super clean.

I only stayed for one night, but I was welcomed by a very friendly owner and staff, a clean room, and excellent communication before my arrival. It's clear that Artua'&Solferino genuinely care that their guests have a comfortable experience and get everything they need during their stay in Turin.

Dated and needs upgrade. Noise from below the building but calm at night. Doors heavy so not possible to close them quietly.

Incredible staff. Incredible room. Incredible owner. The front desk worker my first time (I did not catch her name, but she is a college student) was so helpful in guiding me on where to go in Torino. I can't thank her enough and she was so sweet!

The staff were very friendly. The building is historical and well maintained and it is easy walking to everywhere.

Hotel is in an old historic building and has its charms. Rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is small outdated but clean and fine. Nothing fancy but pleasant and good value for money. Hotel is in city center and everything in walking distance.

The location is great. I loved staying here as it’s a traditional italian building and clean. The breakfast was great too.

Hotel is walking distance to shops and train station. We had a room with a balcony which was great. The staff were nice and helpful.

The shower in the room wasn't great but did the job.

The hotel is well placed in the city center and Mr Dario and his staff are very helpful and kind.

I liked the location (close to the old town and grocery shops), my room and the whole building (beautiful and historical, with a gorgeous staircase), I liked that there was a small fridge available and I liked my view from the balcony (the Alps visible above the roofs of other buildings).

Black fungal growth in the shower stall (quite a lot of it). I do think that this is a hygienic problem and cleaning staff should deal with it.

Room was nice and spacious, on the top floor with a nice view of the mountains. Very comfortable bed and the shades allow one to block all light out!Breakfast was good but i only ordered for one morning. And, the location seems convenient for exploring downtown. I was visiting the university (the opposite direction).

The only one *tiny* issue was that i had to carry my luggage up one flight of stairs since the elevator didn't provide access to the top floor. I'm sure if i asked, the staff would have helped me though. So, really, a non-issue.

Location was ideal. Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. They phoned recommended restaurants until they found one with availability. The hotel was quiet. Parking was very secure.

The room was constructed like an alpine chalet, despite being on the top floor of a large city house.We were on the 5th floor and the lift only went to the 4th.

Old building, simple design, very warm welcome. Public parking space at 1 minute walk. At the edge of the city and the sightseeing hot spots, so you are not exactly in the city center. Nice restaurants nearby.

Excellent location, not to far from the cathedral but also close to tram and bus links. Beautiful old building, with lift and air con. Front desk is not manned all day but you can WhatsApp them with your arrival time. Very helpful and friendly. Beautiful old building

the staff was very friendly, the location was good in Torino downtown close to Piazza Solferino, piazza San Carlo, and via Roma etc. . Breakfast is available at the bar/reception.
