Pros +
- It was very organized and the staff were great!
- Location, breakfast is great. Staff are very nice and welcoming
- Clean and comfy, easy to get the tram to the city center. We left the car in their private parking. Lovely people at the reception! We chatted so much, I learned so much about the city, things to do, restaurants, history, as much as I wanted! The excellent people put a smile on your face and make all the difference :)
Cons -
- The area of the hotel wasn’t the best and even though nothing bad happened but still didn’t feel so safe
- The "friendly" drug dealers across the street. They were peaceful though.
- The location is very bad, the most dangeeous place in Torino. We parked the vehicle in front of hotel and vehicle was lateral glass broken. A lot of drug dealers in the square in front of it, Piazza Giulio Cesare. Very frustated with the vehicle damage. A mess in our travel.

The attendance of the team: Sig’s. Giorgio, Alfredo, Sra’s Francesca and Almira, this one amazing! Congrat’s to everyone!!!

Actually is located in a very nice place and it is so close to the city centre everything was close like bus stops, train stops
The rooms are big the beds are big. It’s comfortable inside there.
The room was small, and the bathroom was even smaller than I expected, but the beds were very comfortable. People at the reception really made the experience better for me, they were really helpful and did their best to make the guests comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was nice, you not only have classic sweet Italian breakfast items but also eggs, butter, tomato, sausages etc.
When I was visited Turin it was early December and was very cold, the temperature varied between 1-10 degrees. The AC in the room was centralized and didn't go above 20 degrees, and after a cold day out, it was still very very cold. While the lovely people at the reception offered extra blankets and warm tea before going to bed, I couldn't say I slept very warm and comfortable. While the tram stop is literally in front of the hotel, keep in mind that still it's is about 20-minute tram ride from city center!
The staff were super helpful and friendly and couldn't have done more to make me welcome. They could have done a bit more to explain transport links and how to get into the centre (they did tell me abou tthe tram and where to catch it and how to get tickets but there was no info about the tram route and where it actually went). Two of the staff spoke excellent English and the other team member spoke excellent French so communicaiton was no problem.
The neighbourhood the hotel was in was HORRIBLE. There were groups of young men openly selling drugs on the street outlside. There were no shops or facilities nearby - there was nowhere to get a coffee or something to eat apart from two cappy looking kebab joints which the staff told me not to go to. They advised me to take the tram into town - it. get the hell out of the neighbourhood. It was a bit frustration as - when I was tired from walking around town and sightseeing - there was no point in going back to my hotel - it was unpleasant to be in that area and it was also no very close to the centre - although well served by a (very crowded) no. 4 tram.
Alfredo and Giorgio were exceptionally helpful at the front desk. They gave us great advice on local dining options and transportation tips. Alfredo gave us a good overview of Piedmont wines, which helped us when dining out. The breakfast team was very responsive and always had an abundance of excellent options ready for breakfast. The staff was very eager to ensure we enjoyed our experience in Torino. We would recommend Torino and Hotel Giulio Cesare to anyone interested in an Italian vacation.
Like an oasis in this area of Turin. The staff do everything to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast is freshly prepared, my ham and cheese toast was excellent. Complemented by a delicious cappuccino. The hotel is an 8-minute walk from our office, which is very convenient.
Very nice, kind staff
The surrondings nearby, but the tram is just in front if the hotel, you can be in the city quickly
Nice room, good facilities, personnel ready to help tou anytime. The hotel has a few very usefull parking places inside the interior yard. We have received very important information regarding the city and his opportunities from the staff.
At first time, the location may look a little bit weird, but you can easily use to it.
Hosts were amazingly helpful and friendly , nice and warm people , who always assisted in any possible way , very nice breakfast and amazing quiteness of the area with great location close to center
Not connected to the hotel but the neigborhood nearby can be not very welcoming (immigrants selling drugs not far from the hotel does not add any attractiveness to the location )
Super friendly staff, nice breakfast and the location was good considering how close it was to the city. Clean rooms as well. The customer service was exceptional.
FANTASTIC HOTEL AND STAFF.. when I stayed I was actually the fourth person/family checking in from the UK - so we are all finding something good about the hotel...mine was that it was one tram stop from my family that I was visiting - and the tram stop was right outside the hotel - so very easy - the number 4 tram takes you right into the centre of Turin. The staff were very friendly and informative and the room whilst small (the double bed had enough space to walk around) was very clean and comfortable - I literally was only going back to sleep and the bed so very very comfortable, so comfortable that I didn't realise I had even fallen asleep and woke up feeling very rested. There is air conditioning which was a heaven as the temperatures when I went were 27 degrees! The bathroom was a 4 piece ensuite and again very small, but everything you need, the shower had great pressure and was just the right temperature and easy to alter quickly as needed. The breakfast is a continental style that is different cereals, croissants, fruit, bread, cheese and salami with various sweet cakes (Italians love a sweet breakfast!) If you like TEA... then ask for "acqua calda per te per favore" and you get to choose toasted options that they will give to you - I had a ham and cheese toastie on one day and just the cold options the next. Security is fantastic with coded entry and a fully manned reception until 10pm (after that you use the code) There is free wi-fi and an elevator to all floors. I would certainly stay again.
This is the only negative - the area the hotel is in could seem a little daunting at first - as "not completely touristy" and there are a lot of immigrants standing around the street... but this is the only negative and that said I STILL FELT SAFE - so do not let first impressions get the better of you.
The service and attentiveness of the staff was so good that you feel very good at this hotel. Perfect breakfast for Italy. The location is good to come by car and leave it there.
The only issue I had was that shower was to small for my belly (which is not the biggest) to fit in :) and the noise from the street is too loud to keep it opened during the night.
Very clean , so quite and nice breakfast as well the service
This hotel has a very nice value for money. The staff is very kind and helpful, thanks to them. It's exceptional to get your breakfast in 10Minutes after getting a call to the front desk.
The room isolation could be improved.
The hotel staff were extremely courteous. Although they had their hands full as there was an extremely high amount of guests due to the tennis finals. I was impressed! If you want lockable parking spaces, then you should definitely ask for this when booking, they are limited. The single room was bigger than expected and it had a nice large bed.
The Staff are fantastic and super helpful they will try to meet every request and are extremely friendly.
I had a very good stay in the hotel. The room was nice and clean, and the stuff was very helpful. A trem line, next to the hotel, made it very easy to get to city center. The breakfast was very good and tasty.
The location is not ideal, it's a bit far from city center, ~20 min in the Trem. The neighborhood is not nice to go around by night, although I did not have any trouble.
