Breakfast was delightful, room was beautiful and immaculate, staff is friendly and accommodating

Website says the bar/restaurant are open later than they were. Got back to the hotel and was unable to grab a bite after a long day.

Excellent location, right outside the train station! Very convenient. Also near most of the sites to see. The staff are so friendly, upon check in, breakfast, and check out. Most especially Alice, at check in, who was so bubbly and made us laugh. Rooms are very spacious and clean, complete with all the amenities you need.

The breakfast room was lovely in decor and seating, and the food selections were exceptional. so much variety and the quality was very good. We loved our breakfasts. We also loved the location, across the street from the train station and minutes to the Egypt and Royal Palace museums and quality shopping. All amenities you'd need are close by.

Spa area was closed on Monday and Tuesday. I was not aware of this when booking.

Turin Palace Hotel is a beautiful and comfortable hotel run by true professionals. The staff are very helpful and friendly and made sure we received excellent service throughout our stay. The interior is pleasant to the eye, the beds are comfortable, and there is an excellent choice for breakfast.I was a bit concerned about noise from the tram and trains from the nearby Porta Nuova station after reading a comment on Booking, but it turned out not to be an issue at all - the soundproofing in my room was excellent. I didn’t have a chance to use the spa this time, but I will definitely be back

Amazing team running this hotel. Felt like family. We were there for Christmas and were welcomed. Goodies left in room to enjoy our first day. Always helpful on everything from bags, parking, directions, umbrellas, and drinks in their amazing bar. Breakfast was exceptional and they cater well for Gluten Free. Need to go back!

The room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was copious and features a high variety, the spa was very clean and pleasant and the personnel was super friendly. The restaurant Les petites madeleines was exceptional.

The position right next to the train station, although very convenient for us coming by train, is not the best location in the city centre.

The hotel is in a very strategic location and feels perfectly safe, despite its proximity to the train station. Breakfast was abundant and of excellent quality. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The complimentary soft drinks in the minibar were a nice bonus. The staff were extremely kind and helpful; in particular, we would like to thank Luca at reception for assisting us with our special request regarding the bed linen and towels. Also, the spa was worth the visit.

Although the hotel didn’t have any major drawbacks, the chlorine smell from the spa was noticeable on every floor, including in the rooms/furniture, bed linens, and towels. This could be an issue for guests who are particularly sensitive to strong scents.

The rooms were beautiful and calm, with incredibly comfortable bed linen and thoughtful, high quality amenities throughout. We used the spa which was fantastic and a real treat after a day in the city. The staff were genuinely warm, kind, and extremely helpful, making us feel very well looked after at all times. The location was perfect and made getting around Turin effortless. Everything about the stay felt easy, relaxing, and exceptionally well done.

Room temperature being controlled centrally. Room was too hot, staff did turn it down on request but would've preferred to be able to control it.

Hotel is located just 10 minutes walk from historic centre. Inside it looks and feels better than 4 stars. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again next time.

From the moment you enter the hotel you have a feeling of grandeur that fits the city of Turin. The staff is wonderful and sympathetic, everyone does their job exceptional good and conduct themselves very professional. The interaction of the hotel employees also felt very personalised like you would find in mostly 5 star hotels. So Turin Palace for me felt like a 5 star experience hidden in a 4 star one. I loved my stay there.

Nothing of note. There are still some services that I didn't had the time for trying, like massages, a cocktail at the bar or the gym and therefore can't rate. But that would be for my next visit.

The hotel's general areas and room were clean and very well maintained. All staff members (reception, bar, buffet) were attentive, helpful and courteous. Breakfast room and variety of food items were wonderful. Complimentary mini bar in the room was a nice touch (like something from another world or planet!) Bar/bistro next to the entrance/lobby have delicious dining options for early diners like us. All and all we have a wonderful stay...
