Good location, welcoming staff.
The room was a bit cold as well as the shower’s water.
Very friendly staff members, explained everything and gave recommendations; huge supermarket nearby with lot of variery of local foods.
Not very close to city center but still is walkable if you like to walk. There are lots of bus stations and options to go everywhere
I had an amazing night of sleep. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom quiet and dark. The room is quite large and well furnished (TV, minibar, lots of storage). If you are a good value seeker like me, this place doesn't disappoint. In addition, they have a 15euro per day underground parking at disposal. Also, the entrance is attended 24/7
There are activities and shops around.
The beds were super uncomfortable, they didn’t change the used towels while cleaning the room. When I wanted to used the hairdryer, there were some hairs from the last customers. It was so cold and the air conditioning didn’t work well.
Very good breakfast, spacious room, large free parking just in front of the building.Academic character of surrounding area.Close to the shops and good restaurants.Very friendly and helpfull staff.
Room was nice and clean, with a big bathroom. Breakfast had a bit of everything. Very good free parking across the street. Location is ok, with lots of options to reach the city center via public transport. Otherwise, by foot is 50-60 minutes to the city center.
Bed was a bit too soft for me.
Just one night stay at Turin. Not in the middle. But acceptable for the price
Room was good and spacious, hotel is nice, cool staff.
cleanliness was ok, they could have cleaned under the beds but they don't. they also mentioned that they change the sheets only every 4 days and our stay was shorter, i would have preferred to change the bed sheets earlier, also one day they claimed we had the "do not disturb" sign and that is why they did not clean, but by the end of the day they give the room a quick prep.
It’s what you’d expect from such a hotel, lovely people working there, cleanliness is ensured. Comfortable beds.
Well equipped with refrigerator and kettle. Simple but spacious and pratical.
Check out at 10 amNoises during the night and during the morning (cleaning).
Decent place to stay with strong air-conditioning. I had to turn it down at some point during a heat wave so that is a big compliment.
Bathroom was a little outdated and simple. It was however very clean.
Location, parking, restaurant
Cold in the room, too soft bed
Room and entire hotel very clean. Tea, coffee and water at arrival. Super market in front. Bus to Centro very near.
Asked full bed and receive 2 twin beds putted together.
The bed was confortable
Campus Sanpaolo is actually not a hotel, but a kind of student dormitory. That means, a lot of parties and noise all night. Seems that nobody care about that. The hotel facilities are outdated and very worn, the breakfast was poorWe paid for a room more then 125 EUR/day, which is way too much for what you receive for the money
Good value for money. Basic but nice rooms, very clean. Good breakfast with yogurts and fruits (strawberries!).
A bit far from public transport
Everything seems pretty new, and it is very clean. Helpful staff. Great breakfast with a huge choice of food and drinks. Free parking available nearby.
From the room description on Booking I understood that there was free parking available, while the parking offered by the hotel is for a fee. Actually, there are a lot of free parking slots nearby, but not offered by the hotel.
Room small and plain, but clean and functional. Location quiet and adequate to move around with bus and tram. Excellent value for money for the price I paid.
Noise from hallways, late at night and early in the morning, can be head very loud, since door is not sound proof. It was a hotel, not a dorm (as many said) but customers seemed to be indeed younger and there was alot of chatting while walking in the hallway, at all times. Next time I'll ask for a room a the far end of the hallway, not close to stairs and lift.
Location
Bathroom was for elderly or abdicated persons very impersonal and dreary room.
