    Pros +

    • The staff are extremely friendly and kind. The room was big and comfortable. The bus stop to the city center is right in front of the hotel! :)
    • it was ok if u stay one night and don't wanna go in city center by car, breakfast is good, staff is polite and there's free parking in front of hotel.
    • The host were very good from start to finish. The lady called me a taxi to the airport when another pre-booked taxi cancelled at the last minute.

    Cons -

    • in front of hotel there's probably problem with sewage - horrible smell, so it enters the hotel too. if u don't open windows/balcony in the room it's ok. in shower there was mold. we booked room with air-conditioning but there was mix up bc they left in charge some girl/family who didn't understand documents and gave us the one without- luckily it was normal weather, not too hot so we didn't needed it. we booked bc it has free parking, but entering in backyard where parking is is super narrow with lots of bumps and holes on the road. lucky for us,in front of hotel there is free parking and we catched one spot so left car there. if u wanna go to the city center it's easier with tram/bus that's right in front of hotel, but if it's late night or weekend there's no place to buy titcket, inside of tram/bus u can't do it. hotel advertised they have tickets but they didn't, then last day they had. minus is advertising sth u don't have.
    • The room temperature was cold and they had thin blanket on my bad. The shower was very slow flow which took me longer to shower.
    • Unclear how to control the room temperature, bathroom could be more functional

24h reception, large and clean room, comfortable bed.

Unclear how to control the room temperature, bathroom could be more functional

A parking lot for who is coming by car . You can let your car and reach easily the city center with tram 15.The people who work in the hotel are really nice and the breakfast has different salty and sugar choise.

The wall is thin, you can hear what happen in the other room.

    8EliePosted on: 10-26-2024

    The staff was friendly,.parking, breakfast.

    A little old

The staff was very helpful and supportive. Explained the parking process. Provided guidance on navigating the Turin. Room was clean and with enough space - no issues in this area. Location was optimal - not too far away from the main city but still close to the major roads.Parking for the rental car was included.

Where do I start?Elevator was broken and not working. No efforts or indication when it could be fixed. The elevator was retrofitted into the existing stairwell. Half of staircase width was lost. Super tight pass on upstairs or downstairs. Single person only. Try squeezing in that while dragging your suitcase. Not fun.The stair well is very dark even in the daytime. Step risers are uneven. I tripped on the last step and fell getting myself two sprained ankles. No light there in the morning. Nada. If this would be the US - a major lawsuit would be already in process. Why can't the hotel management install at least a single light bulb in each stairwell? It is beyond me.Second - air conditioner barely worked. Keep in mind that we stayed in this hotel in the beginning of October where the outside high temperature was barely breaking 20C. The only fan settings were working either 3 (full scream) or 1 (barely turning). The AC efficiency was abysmal. Do NOT stay in this hotel during the summer time. Really! Go find another hotel.Third: the bed was uncomfortable. I am not sure why would someone enjoy this firmness. Most likely it was the cheapest option for the hotel owner(s). The bathroom is tiny. The shower is super tight. You can't even open the shower door as it hits the sink. If I to do this again - I would select a different hotel.

My Son and I stayed the one night in the hotel where we found the owners really friendly and welcoming. The room was large and really clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was also lovely with plenty to choose from. I'd definitely stay there again.

Very helpful personel. The receptionist was very polite, supportive, and very kind. The breakfast was nice , and again, I felt that the Mr and Ms running the hotel wanted the guests to feel well. The location is good. One can be in the centre with tram nr 15.Good value for money hotel.

Nice , old building , so also the hotel room has this old feeling. However, it was clean and well equipped.

great location in the quiet area (despite being close to the main roads), secure private parking on the premises, felt like typica family-owned Italian hotel. Breakfast was good and coffee was perfetto! location is ideal for travelling road cyclists as you can go left and right and especially upwards to an iconic Supergra Basicila climb :)

    Location and breakfast is great

The bathroom is in desperate need of repairs or updating. The bed is very hard to sleep on due to feeling hard springs poking through

    Warm hospitality. Free parking.

Breakfast had limited assortments. . No gluten-free bread.

    9SigridPosted on: 6-12-2024

The people of the hotel was welcoming and helped you to feel comfortable, they give you informations if needed. The breakfast was excellent. You could get genuine italian coffee (expresso, doppio, capuccino) , fresh fruits, good bread. I recommand the place

    6RaimundasPosted on: 6-3-2024

Free parking. Only for small cars. Good price.

The air conditioner was not working efficiently. In addition, it made a lot of noise. Had to sleep with earplugs. The hotel needs renovation.

    7AnmolPosted on: 5-29-2024

The staff was very hospitable. The hotel was clean, provided good facilities including breakfast, and the room size was decent.

The room was dimly lit at night and did not have sufficient lights. The location is a bit disconnected from the main city square. It can be navigated using the bus and tram network of Torino, but the network is somewhat unpredictable and difficult to navigate if you do not speak Italian.

Breakfast, cleaness, quiteness, price. I had very good breakfast and very welcoming staff. Finding the hotel was easy, and there was a restaurant nearby, one night stay was perfect for me with the price I paid.

The location, overall facilities of the room / bed. The location is a bit far from the city center, but for the price I paid, I think that justify the price.

We liked the reception, the room and all the amenities and the service at breakfast and the breakfast.

The location could have been better and was a little noisy
