we very much liked everything about the apartment but we had a big problem. On December 17 at about 17h, we were returning to the apartment and noticed that the gate in the front was open and unlocked. a man Physically attacked us inside the courtyard and threw me on the floor while my friend tried to protect me. He was trying to steal my jewelry and my valuables. he pulled a silver chain off my neck. Luckily my friend started screaming for help, and the man ran away. After that we did not feel safe and we were scared to leave the apartment for safety reasons

I emailed the company twice directly telling them what I wrote above about the attack and they didn't reply

very clean, comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen, coffee and coffee machine were very useful, great location not far from the center

Clean and quiet place with a hotel standard clean linen & towels and facilities needed for a short stay. Optimal location to visit the down town on foot. We could park our car in the no-fee area about 15 min walk by crossing the river Dora.Alberto was helpful and responded quickly to our requests.

Clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location was brilliant to access the city centre by foot and beyond with public transport.

I loved everything about my stay here! I was most impressed by the staff. Mr. Albert was very kind and attentive as he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. He promptly took care of little things that needed attention because his goal was for me to have the best experience possible. And he succeeded! I had everything I needed to be comfortable and, most importantly, safe as a solo traveler. The place is located in a quiet building on a major street but the noise was not a problem. It is located down the street from the Mole Antonelliana and a coffee bar right next door, but a slightly longer walk to the museums in the city center, the Mercato Centrale, and the Po River. I walked everywhere but the buses and trams were conveniently only steps away. It is a 23-minute walk to the train station. I walked it both ways, but you may want to take a taxi or public transportation to spare your luggage wheels. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

The only thing I would say about the facilities is that the electrical outlets needed repair or updating. However, it was something that was quickly addressed and not a problem during my stay.

In great location for the city centre. apartment clean with a good shower. Lovely cafe next door who were very friendly.

There was difficulty in accessing the property as no one was there to meet us. We had to ask locals on two separate occasions to help contact property as when phoning to enquire how to gain entry the phone was put down on me three times. the fold out bed was extremely uncomfortable with springs digging in to you. it would benefit a mattress cover to make it a little more comfortable. There were no tea towels to dry the dishes as there was not a dishwasher.

being threatened with fines if we didn’t do the washing up and put the rubbish out! I’m on vacation and to be charged 50 euros per offence if we left any dishes or trash is really excessive! I was expecting to have to clean the bathroom too…

The room was new and clean. The kitchen very well equipped. Comfortable for two guests. Good location near the Roma Avenue, the central road of Turin.

Clean house, we just slept there but did cook or do anything else.

Everything is good, close to city center.
