Good shower, fridge in room, kettle, hot radiator in bathroom useful for drying small items of washing, towels changed regularly. Very clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Good transport links to centre with bus and metro. Some useful eateries in the area.

Scanty provision of coffee, tea and milk.

Excellent value for money, very close to the Lingotto and to the metro. Very good bar round the corner for breakfast. Cleam, dunctional room and an effective system to welcome guests after 18:00.

Good shower, but the water flow is somewhat limited.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the front desk is not open all the time, although they are available 24/7 by phone, so make sure to have a way to call an Italian number especially if arriving outside of business hours (in which case they open the door remotely; the process is very smooth).

The room had all one could need. Nearby, there is a daily market, a supermarket, bars, etc. But also a park along the Po river. Quiet area, despite in close vicinity to a major hospital.

The area at night might be a bit scary, especially if you come on foot along the hospital wall, even though not really dangerous.

Thank you for your hospitality! It was good experience for a short trip! Also, it was very clean and well connected to transportation to visit the city landmarks.

small showerThe hotel is located almost next to the hospital. At night we were disturbed by the sound of ambulances.Communication was difficult. One of the receptionists (an old man) could not speak English at all. We left our luggage here after check-in to come back for it. But the man didn't want to let us in because he didn't understand us. After about 10 minutes of waiting one guest let us in using a card.Not suitable for non-Italian speakers!

Great little hotel in good location, couple of minutes away from the metro and not far from the amazing Car museum in Torino. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and ready when I arrived. The only reason why I'm not giving a 10 is slow wi-fi (at least in my case).

Wi-fi was very slow and not suitable for work, just basic surfing or chatting. Maybe it was only my case so take this with a grain of salt because otherwise the hotel is very nice.

Nice place for a night near Turin, especially to visit MAUTO. The room is small but well equipped. There are a water cooker and a fridge, which I didn't expect for this level of price. The bathroom amenities are of a high quality.

I don't think they can do much more than what they are doing now. The value for the money is very good.

Tha toilette is tiny and doesn't have a door. The towels must be changed every day. Even if we don't ask about that.

The room was very clean and had all the necessary ameneties. The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel is located outside the city center but has convenient public transportaion (the metro).

we arrive after a flight and the owner waited for us and was super welcoming. the beds were extremely comfy and the internet worked well. there is a café and snakes machine in the lobby which I found very useful.

the price is a bit high for the location but we arrive on august so it is ok.

- The vending machine can only be open by the owner who is not around most of the time. So, it was quite useless- Wifi is quite slow, and the mobile network is bad inside the room- I could hear people from outside talking and passers by could see inside the room because it was on the ground floor- The neighborhood is not that wow
