Super clean and good energy.

I think 10am check out is too early but they kindly allowed me to check out at 11am and let mekeep my luggage for however long for free.

Nice staff, the room looked exactly like in the picture.Great location to visit the city!

Nice accomendation, much better that expected. Located in center of the city. Nice and helpful staff and nice and clean room.

The bed was small but it was comfy. The lady who runs the place is really friendly and approachable. Everything was clean and the area felt safe

We found bed bugs in our beds. We found them because there were blood stains in the beds and I remembered reading a review of three weeks before about bed bugs and then we connected the dots. After we searched thoroughly at night, we found bedbugs and stains (from their feces) in 3 of the 4 rooms. The bedbugs were mature and we also found stains in the bedframe, which indicates the bedbugs have been there for a while.We immediately contacted the owner of the hotel and she immediately changed the sheets. It is nice that she did this, but this also shows that she does not have enough knowledge about bedbugs since this does not help to get rid of the bedbugs at all. Nevertheless, we decided to sleep in the rooms for one last night (some of us even slept on the floor), since it was 5AM already and we had to get some sleep before driving home for 12 hours, so we did not have another choice but staying.She is trying to blame us, since we never asked her to tidy up the rooms during our stay. I did not even know this was an option, but even if it was, this would not have solved anything since bedbugs live in the furniture and in the mattresses, and it does not matter if the room would be tidy or not. Also, when I was looking for trashbags in the bathroom (there is a public bathroom that can be used by all the guests) I found two mattresses standing against the wall on which I also found bedbugs. This is evidence of them not taking it seriously and also that it does not matter if our rooms would have been tidied by them or not.Furthermore, some friends of mine already wrote a review on Google and she responded by saying that bedbugs are just like mosquitos, which they are really NOT. They are VERY hard to get rid of once you bring them to your home. This again shows that this is not being taken seriously by the owner.

Immaculately clean, so close to main attractions, really comfy beds. The hostess is so charming and friendly.

Great location, very near the Mole and few tram lines. Room was spacious and the in room sink is always very helpful when bathroom is shared. I needed a late check-in after 10pm and they helped with that.

Good price quality but bunk bed and some other details not the newest. I'd definitely go back in the future.

First Question N/A- It was not offered. Excellent location- very close to the "Mole" as they call it in Turiin. Price reasonable? by todays standards.

Often absolutely NO Staff on duty even during daylight hours. Also not clearly stated that bathrooms were "shared" but 'not an issue" during brief time I was there.

Location: it is just 3 minutes to metro by walkClean: the room and generally house is super cleanStaff: they answer to your questions as soon as possibleYou have everything you need for facilities: hairdryer, kettle, coffee etc.

Clean room with a wonderful tacky decoration.

Extremely slow internet, old fashion check in system, unable for the whole family to use a small lift together and a hot room.

Reasonable close to the city centre, good connection to public transport. Reasonable good price.

Interesting choice of colours in the rooms.I have raised my concerns regarding to a possible issue that nowadays may affect some hotels in France and the region. I have been told that my concern will be investigated and addressed.

The location was perfect for me as I needed a hotel in the centre near the university. It is also not far from the train station. I didn't get the breakfast as it was extra pay, but near the hotel there are several cafes where one can have breakfast instead, so no complains.

The light wasn't very bright, but as I didn't have to read or write in the evening it wasn't a problem at all. In the morning the curtain rod fell down, but it didn't cause any damage.

The location was good, walking distance from the main attractions. Staff was friendly

After coming back home I discovered I had bed bug bites all over my body.. I communicated that to Booking but in the end I did not receive any compensation, disappointing. I'm not sure if the hotel was checked after that in any way.

The staff was so kind. Shared bath room was very good for its cleanness and stable hot water.

Wifi was weak. I lost my connection frequently.

Bed bugs!

There were bed bugs that bit me severely, after 2 nights I had to change the hotel. The owner said it is a general problem in Torino, but my second hotel was spotlessly clean.

Nice neighbourhood. Cheap price.

There's no air con or fan in the room. You open the window, you let in mosquitos and noise from two very nearby restaurants (which dies down about 1am). You close the window on a hot night and it's insufferable. I barely slept. Check in was okay but I'm not sure why you have to fill in forms when it's already been done on booking.comNext time I'll pay twice as much and get a room with AC - a lesson learned.

It is well located.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THERE ARE BEDBUGS. The hotel owner is very nice but this is not acceptable.
