Best Western Hotel Piemontese

The room was nice and cozy. The staff at the reception were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was not fancy but good.

It would have been nice if the hotel provided slippers in the room. Additionally, it would be appreciated if the hotel provided water. The breakfast room is nice and clean, but it can be too noisy when crowded. I guess something is not quite right with its acoustics, or maybe the customers were a bit too loud... :).

Interesting and convenient location - easy for walking into, or taking public transport to the city centre. Nice breakfast choices. Very helpful and friendly staff. Big comfy bedroom on top floor. Interesting views from windows.

When I booked the room, I thought breakfast was included in the rate. I was a bit surprised to see the charge during checkout.

The room was tidy, bed and pillows comfortable. Location is good - all city attractions are within walking distance. There are many places to eat around the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Helped with taxi ordering at night (43eur night taxi to airport, bus around 8 eur)

We room windows were facing street so it was quite noisy.

Window shutters could not be opened; bathroom kind of older and in need of refurbishment; poor noise isolation; staff forgot to give my ID back (and I forgot to ask): needed to go back to the hotel.

Air conditioning wasn't working

Spacious clean rooms with high ceiling. Good breakfast. Nice location - within walking distance from the city center and close to a park.

The street gets quite noisy in the evening, there're plenty of bars there. In addition, when I was there the AC system was not working but they said it was temporary.

Room was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge compared to most in Italy hotels. Nice location. About 7 minute walk to train station. Breakfast was amazing.

It’s weird but the AC thermostat was installed backwards so the higher the Celsius, the cooler it got in the room. But I figured it out and it was fine!

First expression was old fashion luxury hotel. Staff was very nice and allowed me to early check in, after I dropped my rental car. Well, room was more like tiny one, but all you need was there. Great attention to detail, all small things in room. Had really good sleep before early morning flight. Good location for small walking distance to train station or bus pick up - airport.

No parking available. This is not dislike, it is overall crowded places problem to solve. If hotel like, can contact me and try to have ideas making easier this.

I asked receptionist to call me a taxi taking me to police and when I went back hotel he asked me why didn’t I go to jail

Breakfast - good - plenty of choice. Service good. Staff pleasant and helpful.
