Best Quality Hotel Gran Mogol

At the heart of Turin historical center, and very close to the Porta Nuova train station. Many good restaurants nearby.

The room was too hot, even with the heating off. I woke up at night, and I had to open to window (in February) to get some fresh air.The minbar fridge was also very noisy.

Excellent location, very good bathroom and shower (after repair), room furniture, very polite and fair staff

Breakfast temporarily outside, in the winter this is not particularly pleasant

We did have a view, but not every room can have one so its just one of those things.

Amazing location, right near the main train station in Torino (Porta Nuova), and within a short walking distance to so many amazing places and things to do in the city. Comfortable, great for solo travellers looking to explore.

The best point is the location of the hotel, near to Porta Nuova. The Arriva bus terminus is roughly 100-150 m far from the hotel, therefore you can reach it easily.The reception guys are very friendly, but not able to counterbalance the impersonal feeling in the room, the breakfast room and the interieur in general.

The above mentioned impersonal feeling is the most negative point.However the cleanliness is questionnable in the room, as big dustcats were waiting us when entering.Even the breakfast is not monotonous, but in reality those are the cheapest lots of a supermarket.

Hotel Gran Mogol is a short walk from the Porto Nuovo train station. It is also at the beginning of LaGrange, one of the principal streets of Torino.

Super great location—easy to walk to shopping, grocery, restaurants, museums, vibrant at night, etc... Decent breakfast. Staff were great, very friendly, especially the night desk gentleman when I checked in late. They have a luggage room also for your checkout day if you want to visit town before leaving for the airport/train.

It’s clearly a fixed up older hotel vs a super expensive hotel but it’s still pretty expensive. Wifi was not super good and went out during key work calls I had.

It was a bit noisy early in the morning.

Requested twin beds and our request was met. The room was spacious and the bathroom a good size. Location to main attractions were perfect for what guests wanted to do. The breakfast was more than adequate with a wide spread to choose from. Even though the stay was for one night only - the memory will linger much longer

For $200 a night, it'd have been nice to have things like towels for 2 people and hair conditioner available.

Centrally located and easy access to trains, trams and buses. Good for newbie travelers who want to explore but also stay close to the heart of the city.

It would be great if more international tv channels were on offer for viewing on the rooms.

I didn't like that we had to pay double as apparently they can't access the booking.com paymentSo even though I showed them the payment going through my bank we couldn't stay unless we paid again It's now 6 days later and we still have not received our money back.
