Brilliant location. Staff are superb. Lovely rooms! Clean and tidy - we had the appartment which was lovely

Location is very convenient. Very close to the Main Railway station and many tram and bus routes. Staff very nice and helpful. Room well equipped.

My room was tastefully decorated and very cosy. The staff were friendly and efficient.Location is good (not in the touristic centre but walking distance to lots of places of interest).Good shower and plenty of hot water etc

I struggled to sleep for my entire stay (even with really good ear plugs) due to the trams running late into the night right outside the window. Not only the noise they create but the entire building rumbles as they go past. I was on 3rd floor so I can’t imagine how bad it would be on the ground.Really disappointed how expensive the “spa” is and they don’t warm you in advance that the use of this isn’t included. I paid more for this hotel specifically for this amenity then couldn’t afford the extra cost to benefit from it :(Pillows were so hard I got headaches during the night.

Very stylish, rich breakfast, professional staff, indoors parking. And very comfortable bed!

Easy to get around on foot. Private parking is available, which was clean and spacious

Location, rooms and personal are the main factors of hotel success. Perfect sound insulation and not very loud outside despite the location near the railway station.

We have stayed before and have returned several times. the location 100mtr from the Central station and on the end of the main street is excellent. You are in walking distance of all the attractions. Breakfast is very good. Staff excellent. A very good hotel.

They have a nice bar but it never seems to be used?

Excellent location for walking into city, trains and tram. We were staying for ATP finals so perfect.

Some kind of room service would have been nice - just light meals/snacks rather than a vending machine.

Convenient location when arriving by train, also close to city center.

The room was towards a very busy and noisy street. Also there were homeless people living close by and had to pass them every time leaving the hotel.The breakfast was basic.Fancy outlook, but the room was not so nice.

For the price we paid the jacuzzi didn’t work and the breakfast room crowded and noisy.

The location, right next to the station. A mini supermarket inside the station made it easy for us to buy food (we had booked an appart hotel).

We had a twin room on top floor. It was lovely. Beautifully presented and a window that opened, which we always appreciate. The staff were wonderful. Really pleasant and helpful. Location Really good, right opposite the station with lots of dining and shopping options within easy walking distance.
