We really enjoyed the service from the staff for breakfast and evening wine. Very friendly and accommodating.

We had difficulty with the air conditioning working properly.

The sound proofing between the rooms should be improved. One morning there was a group of guests leaving the hotel at 6:30 and they woke me up.

The parking garage is a challenge, small and it needs skill if you have a car bigger than a Fiat 500, BUT, there is a garage which is better than on the street if you want it

Nice location close to the city centre in a relatively quiet place. Good breakfast.

Parking garage is small with just few places, it wqs really tricky to get there with my Tesla Y.

Lots of steps into the Hotel a huge issue if your mobility is compromised

We were on a flying visit to Turin, the hotel was very handy, walking distance to where we wanted to go. The man on reception was very helpful, directing us to a laundrette, as we’d been travelling a week. It was very handy having the underground car park, which we used for a small fee. Would stay again, as would like to explore more of the city.

Parking was a problem and extra cost. I was sure I asked for free parking in my search.

The staff were very helpful, Emanuele kindly helped sort out an issue while we were there.The room was pleasant with everything you would need for a one night stop. Secure underground parking for our car but could safely park on the street as the area was very quiet.

My room was dark, the window was covered with wooden shutters that couldn't be opened. The bed was quite rigid.

Breakfast: fresh fruit, choice of cornflakes, cheeses & meatcuts, portion size of coffee

Breakfast: no sourdough or quality darker bread (too many sweet and heavy options like croissants), no scrambled eggs, coffee too bitter
