Hotel Lancaster

Near to the city & value for money.

maybe more variety for vegetarian during breakfast.

Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Great location for the tram into the centre

Walls between rooms are thin and you can hear neighbours. No milk for tea in the room

Good size room, friendly staff, clean room

Access to shower blocked by bide. There are few steps at entrance, quite inconvenient with heavy luggage.

Friendly staff, cosy room and convenient location!

Good location, and good breakfasts; Very helpful staff, comfortable room.

Would have preferred a quieter room - we were at the front on the first floor, particularly noticing the trams in early morning. We did request a quiet room - at the back, or higher up, would have been preferable.

A very high quality hotel. Breakfast is amazing, 10/10 location, super quiet and good bed.

It was my first time to Torino, and I found the location to be well connected to the rest of the city, at the same time in a very quiet and upscale location. The room was very quiet even with being near the tram and a main road.

Really cannot think of anything I didn't like. For those looking for a practical and comfortable stay, it fits the bill. If you are wanting something very fancy, then you would look to the more expensive locations.

I liked the room on the 8th floor with balcony,I liked the breakfast.

The garage were I parked the car ,I found it expensive over 27 euro for 1 night.Room extremely warm & no Air-conditioning

Location - excellentBreakfast - Could be much better for the price

Breakfast could be better: cooked foods variety, e.g. bacon, eggs, pancakes. Coffee was great! No room coffee amenities, only teaNo cream rinseSlow, small elevatorsNo pen, writing paperToo warm in room, no controlling that being on an upper floor.

Excellent hotel helpful and friendly staff, hotel was clean also ideal for local transport links

Sometimes the breakfast was cold and after cleaners had not always replaced toiletries.

Staff were very accommodating with an early check-in and having a friend over

Slightly out of the way and not the cleanest neighbourhood.

The location is great. There is a bus stop and plenty of shops, cafes just outside the hotel.

Nice staff, that was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful giving indications about where to go/what to do in the city. I had a nice room with a great view. The hotel is quite nice and cozy.

Pleasant

They have a garage and you have to leave the key with the garage attendant. When I got back the car was moved and the mirrors were broken.

Friendly staff. Handy for trams. Clean and comfortable.

Wonderful hotel. Very nice staff. Clean room. Wonderful breakfast.

A good stable hotel, reception 24/7 with good guys, location Is perfect and breakfast satisfactory.

All the hotel as well the room was older, used a lot (also by smokers), with avarage cleanliness.
