Breakfast was good . Staff was courteous and food was fresh.

Air condition in our room was not working properly. A small counter in the bathroom would have been useful

Didn't find much to like for the expense of the hotel and one that was expected to be a higher quality for the price. While the location was OK for the needs, it was also very busy and noisy.

I chose this place due to it being a large hotel, expecting the service and rooms to match the price. It did not and the front desk was not very helpful.

The room was clean, organized, and had minimal decoration. The breakfast is perfect.

The facilities include the shower hanger and an accordion door that needs to be fixed.

The staff was not pleasant at the check in.I booked 4 rooms for 16 people, but their records said 14, and there was a lot of argument to finally let us in. Keep in Mind this check in was at 4 in the morning the check in and the check out was at 9 am

The ladies at the receptions were nice and welcoming. The room is quite big and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

It’s not a 4 star hotel

We decided for this hotel because it’s a 4 star hotel. In reality it’s far from being a four star hotel.The atmosphere is more of a hostel than a hotel. We booked a four bed room, it was beside the elevator and through the night we could hear loud sounds. The bathroom was another story, water leaked seriously out of the shower and left the whole bathroom full of water. Dining area as well was like the Uni-Self rather than a hotel breakfast room.

Cleaness. Personnel very kind. Very good breakfast with home made sweets.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, reasonably good facilities for a low-cost hotel. cheap breakfast.

One side of hallway required climbing 3 steps to access the rooms. When checking out w a heavy case I fell on the stairs. There seemed to be no policy to record such instances so how can they evaluate risks at their property? I was bruised and battered but only the cleaner who helped me was sincerely concerned.

Poor internet. Air freshener in the corridors was very strong and aggravated my allergies. For the price, I would have expected a bar and restaurant on site

Breakfast was a joke, nothing to eat. Bed was not comfortable, also we had an upgrade to COMFORT for 30euros/night with free minibar and extra facilities, but i minibar was only water, cola, juice and one beer (we were two persons there). With an upgrade we had late check out till 13h., but we were told to leave by 12(that was ok, because we had our flight). Not worth the money

Very clean, well organized. Spacious rooms with all the comforts. Great location. I will surely book again next time I’m in Torino.

Excellent breakfast, very comfy beds and great air conditioning. The most comfortable night’s sleep of our holiday!! Very welcoming staff, and easy parking (there is street parking, but we chose to pay the €12 to use the controlled car park, as we had a rental car). A short drive from the airport, and from the centre of town.

There wasn’t a restaurant on site for dinner, but we were given directions to a great local pizza/ pasta place. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent.
