I really don't recommend it.

Extremely noisy place. There were shouts from the employees during the night, and the building alarm went off at 5 am. The breakfast was very bad, almost impossible to eat. The bathroom is old.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center and Porta Nuova station, making it very convenient for public transport.The rooms were clean and serviced daily.Breakfast is provided, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.The staff were kind and attentive.

Older hotel, but clean. Good internet.

The location was near to the bus stations and commute also the city Centre was near.

In the listing it said that there was free parking and there was no parking. The staff couldn’t speak English or Italian very well. As well as no water bottles

Do not use booking.com They don't help you for any issues with property

Rubbish hotel.dirty beds, dirty rooms rude host she shouted at me all great came out to see very embarrassing moments for me but booking.com didn't help at all

Location, easy to walking to the city center

Not realy clean , the smell in the room was no nice and the noise of the costumers

Recommended only for being near the station,for the rest,i do not recommend this place.

Little selection for breakfast,brioche is cold,room is big but the bathroom has some leakage in the shower;not tidy

Very noisy, could hear shouting between cleaners in the morning, shower was very nice but shower head was not self supporting fell out every time the water was off, staff seemed lovely but was difficult to communicate due to not English speaking.

Breakfast has basic stuff. The receptionist and the family are friendly.Bath room is clean.

I think receptionist famiy is living in the same area as reception hall. A baby and at least 4 adults living there. As there is no proper ventilation, the whole receprion area fills with cooking oil and sauce smell which I did not like. Around 6.45pm to 745 am, the family made lot of noise whilst having their dinner. For some reason I could hear the noise to room in 2nd floor where I stayed. Again in the morning they were talking loudly.Recption area has strong smell like chinese takeaway.

Location was perfect. I could enjoy Turin without the need to think of transport. The room was clean, spacious and good enough for a short stay. 2 minutes away from Porta Nuova station.

Noisy area. The windows were not sound proof and I could hear everything from outside.

Room was cold, weak/unstable wifi connection, very noisy.

Great location, 1 minute away from the main train station and 5 minutes away from the city centre.Breakfast was good with croissants, bread, various sweets, coffee and juices.Room was clean.

The staff only spoke poor Italian and Chinese. They do not speak English and the only way to contact them is by google translate .The smell of the rooms, elevator and breakfast area was soooooo bad.The quality of the breakfast was terrible.I tried with them to cancel the reservation and pay one night but they refused

Old facilities and little comfort in the rooms

The staff were extremely helpful. They provided me with a weighing scales to weigh my large travel bag for my flight... and they allowed me to store my large travel bag after I had Checked-Out until I collected it later in the afternoon.

Price

Chinese hotel with chineese workers who doesent speak non Italian non English. Disaster.

Location, breakfast and price are fine.

The accommodation was quite ramshackle, showing signs of age and neglect. Reception did not speak english, but seemed friendly.

It was wonderful, clean and the staff was helpful. It was so close to the train station and breakfast was amazing.
