Pros +
- Everything was wonderful. It was very warm in the room (in December). The location was pretty decent, close to a metro station with a possibility to reach the city centre in 15-20 minutes and other attractions, with are southern then the centre. Cleaning was good. Staff was very friendly, I checked-in a bit after the midnight and was told that it's working 24/7.
- The staff was really kind and friendly, the room was clean and cozy. Me and my friend had breakfast there,a buffet, which was nice as well. I'd recommend it for who plans on going to the convention at Lingotto since it's pretty close to the structure :)
- Location - close to the metro.Breakfast - mostly sweet, so not my style.Service - friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- Problem with electrical outlets. The bathroom sink needed to be refinished; it was cracked.
- Staff was not very well informed of locations around hotel, including inalpi arena, hop on hop off bus, and walking to tourist sites. They tried to research and we're friendly just not informed or knowledgeable.Room was very small and no windows although pull back ceiling vent. Location in odd spot so not where I overall thought where wanted, but could get to arena walking in 20 mins which was my main place.
- Slightly bigger shower cubicles

Breakfast was nice with good selection of hot savory and pastries.

Good location, few metres away from Metro. Breakfast & room were also great.
Slightly bigger shower cubicles
The hotel is functional.
Booked a single room and it was way too small for the price and fact of being a three star hotel. Size of room: 2.5 x 3 mts plus a small toilet (1.5 x 2 mts). It was an attic. That is not a three star room in anyone’s rulebook. Won’t come back.

Excellent hotel: very pleasant staff, good breakfast, very close to the metro and within walking distance (25 minutes) to the centre. The room was a bit old and the Sky channels did not work, but the bed was superb. Great stay!!! Very recommandable.
Nothing!
simple room, but clean and comfortablenice personnel at counter, 24h/day; I checked in at 11:30 pm and checked out at 4 am without issues
all was ok
The hotel is very close to Carducci Molinette metro station, within walking distance of the conference I attended at Lingotto and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room was a good size, plenty of storage and a fridge! The bathroom also had plenty of counter space for toiletries and the shower worked well. Breakfast was included and copious, although a bit heavy on the sweets (very Italian) and the staff in the breakfast room were kind and welcoming.
The room looked out onto an uninspiring courtyard and the shutters in the room seemed to be broken but otherwise, it was perfect.
Great location and friendly staff :) clean hotel everything was great :)

Very kind reception service. Special thanks to the two lovely gentlemen for their kind comment about my British accent, while I am Polish :)
The staff was very nice, accommodating and spoke English and French. The hotel has seen better days but that was ok for me. It was fair price so it is a good place to stay if you need a cheap stay.
Not soundproof at all! I booked it because I needed quiet and I could hear people talk and use the bathroom next door. I complained and they moved me to another room without neighbors and then it was fine. I would not recommend if you need quiet. Also the bar was not open. Breakfast was mediocre.
Well located on plaza Carducci right next to the metro
Lack of parking besides 3 spaces in front of the hotel, constantly occupied, it’s very uncomfortable to check in when arriving by car
Clean rooms, lots of hot water, very close to transport, underground, train and buses.
On a busy road
Everything especially the staff and the hygiene of the room cosy and safe helpful receptionist

Classic hotel with all services close to metro station
Friendly staff and very good location
The room was clean, and comfortable but needs some renovation. Good breakfast with both sweet and sour options. Overall we had a nice stay and we are thinking about returning
