The property is in a central location in Turin. There was a small basket in the room with some juice, a croissant and some crackers which was a nice gesture.
The hotel looks and feels tired and worn out. The neighbourhood feels quite sketchy with groups of men hanging around on street corners. Parking is a little hap-hazard. I was lucky enough to park right outside but only because I quickly moved my car when someone vacated a space.
The hotel is located in an interesting neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, and it’s close to the river. Public transport options like trams and buses are nearby, but you can also walk to most places. I walked around at night and felt safe.
Some of the furnishings could use a bit of maintenance or replacement, but overall it was perfectly fine for a short stay of a couple of nights. A good, budget-friendly option close to the centre.
Very good location, close by foot to the city center.
The shower was barely warm. The room was very cold with bad window isolation. For the price we weren’t expecting something amazing, but I think the water temperature was important and if there is no heating at least warmer blankets for the bed should exist. To conclude, I have to say the personnel was the worst of our time there. The receptionist during the day shift that checked us in, was very rude and terrible at communicating. It has been the first time we were treated that way and hopefully the last.
Clean sheets. Staff friendly on reception, easy walk into centre of Turin. Free parking on the street outside.
Hotel and bathroom was very dirty, not a good area with people shouting and running around during the night. For some reason the guy on reception insisted we leave the room key with him whenever we left the building. I did not do this.
I left within 5 minutes. Unclean and unsafe. Refused to stay there
Everything. Very unsafe. Unclean, noisy. Not an exemptible standard for booking.com
They trash some stuff i leaved in bathroom (toothbrush slippers toothpaste) thinking i already checkout.Luckily I had packed everything else in my suitcaseThey recover them and buy me new ; so i can't tell that is bad ,but sure i was not happy. They make me loose hours of sleep and i expected someting more than a sorry
Passable

At least there was a locked off Parkingspot.
The area us unsafe & the hotel itself is rundown and old. Rockhard beds, old and dirty wallpapers. Thin walls. A smell of smoke even in the mon-smoking rooms.

Location, it's quite close to the main touristic places of Torino.
The place has seen better days, now it's quite outdated, the room smelled quite bad and being a floor level place makes it ideal for plagues, definitely only for a short stay.
That it was close to the center and the staff was so friendly. Also the parking
It was really disgusting, it definitely needs some urgent renovation. And more cleaning!! Under the bed there were some tissues that were not ours. And we couldn’t even shower from how disgusting the shower looked. There was even a hair, and again, we didn’t even shower. The bathroom had mold.
Location was excellent, you could walk everywhere in the city centre. Car parking facilities were excellent as we were able to park behind a closed and locked gate which was important as it is not in the 'nicest' of areas. However the evening atmosphere was good. The room was air conditioned which we really appreciated. The staff were great.
The room could have been cleaner, although was ok. The room was non-smoking but the corridors wreaked of smoke. Generally the hotel was shabby and tired but it more than served its purpose.
It was there.
Dirty, with a door lock that a five-year old girl could open, stingy service.
Very comfortable for one night. Great location. Very safe parking for the car.
A bit too old.
Small and basic hotel in a lively and ethnic district with several bars and restaurants a few minutes on foot north of Turin Cathedral and Royal Palace.
The structure is old and maybe a little bit overpriced for what it offers.
