Parking is confusing but not that difficult once you sort it out.

The Concord Hotel is ideal for visiting the city of chocolate, Turin, and for attending a football match at the Juventus Stadium. It is located within walking distance of one of Turin's central train & metro stations - Porta Nuova- and is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shopping arcades, and major piazzas, all within easy reach of the city's attractions. Rooms are clean, large, with a modern, contemporary feel, comfortable and bathrooms with full facilities. A small fridge is also available.

Since it is in a busy central part of the city and since we were on the third floor in one of the corner rooms with two balconies, the outside and internal noises were a distracting factor for my sleeping pattern, but all was good.

Very good location, easy access from the train station and easy access to the main shopping streets of Turin. The facilities and rooms are very good as well !

conveniently located next to the Porta Nova train station. Pleasant large bedrooms with high ceilings, with comfortable bathrooms (mine had a window) with comfortable beds.

can be very noisy at night as it is in a pedestrian area with a lot of bars nearby.

I was surprised there wasn't a coffee machine in the room. There was a kettle with sachets of coffee instead

Comfortable bed, decent breakfast and central location.

Very impersonal. Most of the staff seemed quite unfriendly. The sink in our bathroom was blocked for the entire stay of 4 nights. The air conditioning did not work adequately so the room was either much too hot or too cool. The volume on the TV could not be raised high enough to hear it properly. The bar was closed for renovation but we were not informed of this prior to our arrival. Having a bar was partly the reason why we booked this hotel as we had been looking forward to meeting there each evening for a pre dinner aperitif. I don’t normally post poor reviews but this hotel stay was just so disappointing, particularly for a family gathering.

There was some renovation work going on which meant that there was no bar in the hotel.

It was a perfect location near Porta Nuova train station. It is a modern hotel with a varied and plentiful breakfast. Staff speak English as well as Italian. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. This is our 2nd time in this hotel and we will be back.

The only hotel or accommodation I've ever been in where chipped bowls were used at the breakfast buffet. Ninety percent of the cereal bowls had chips on the rims. Very surprising that this was allowed. We had to sort the bowls to find a cereal bowl that was not chipped. After about 6 days one of the servers asked us if we'd like a coffee. Up to that point it had never been made clear that guests could request a cappucino or other beverage at breakfast. The cappucinos were excellent and we ordered them from then on. Also, it appears the hotel is 'pet friendly' as we saw a couple in our lift and on our floor with a HUGE DOG obviously on the way to their room. Neither of us are dog fans and this was a bit off-putting. I wouldn't wish to stay in a hotel bedroom with the lingering smell of a dog (extremely distinctive if you are not a dog lover). These issues prevented us giving this hotel a perfect 10 score.

Great room for one night. Nice facilities, comfy bed and location was perfect. Breakfast was nice too.

Great location, in the old town, close to metro, railway station

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action. The room was spacious with a balcony onto the street and spotless. Staff were so polite and helpful.Parking so easy and breakfast fantastic

As there were renovations going on , the bar wasn’t operating. Would have been helpful to have an iron in the room

Francesco from reception was very helpful. His hospitality was very impressed.Location was great, but the best thing about hotel was breakfast!
