Carlo Felice Boutique Hotel

The hotel's location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Porta Nuova station. Being situated right behind Via Roma, Turin’s iconic shopping street, was a major plus.Everything is within walking distance; the Egyptian Museum is only 10 minutes away and the Royal Palace about 15 minutes. While the historic streets are perfect for walking, there are also tram and bus stops just a few minutes away. We had no trouble navigating the city using public transport.We stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The breakfast was quite good, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel itself is a charming historic building with a lovely garden—though it was too cold for us to enjoy it this time, it added a nice touch to the atmosphere.

Our room faced a courtyard at the back, and we were unfortunately woken up very early each morning by the noise of the garbage trucks. We would have preferred a quieter room

Everything worked. Excellent location, in the middle of the action and short walk to train station. Friendly staff, spotless, soacious room. Good breakfast selection. Highly recommended!

Location could literally not be better. The staff was wonderful at the front desk and for me particularly the delightful woman who handles breakfast. It’s simple, clean; and the energy is great. It’s everything you want and very well priced.

At the heart of Turin but just outside LTZ zone with loads of parking near by. So quiet despite that it is literally located on a busy square.

A little hard to find as it’s behind their huge doors that you see on their streets & then after entering you’re in the courtyard & then you ring to reach the hotel. Not that this is a problem as it’s great security but they need to have bigger signage so you can easily find it from the street.

Noisy outside in morning due to construction project

The hotel is located about a block from the Turin Porta Nuova train station and the Metro line, and in the main shopping / historical area. The hotel is located in a historical building but has been completely renovated.

The room was very modern and clean but a bit small. Also, the window from our room was above the trash cans for the block. The room safe was tricky to use.

Excellent location, close to the train station and, also, at the entrance to the city! Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were professional and helpful.

The internet connection was poor. In our room, at the end of the hall, it was virtually nonexistent.

I liked everything. The hotel is well located (apart from some street noise), the rooms were noticeably clean and well lit, and everything in the room was in good working order

Breakfast was excellent!!! Wonderful selection of hot and cold choices. The only hotel that served eggs and bacon. Delicious!Would stay again just for the breakfast!

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and willing to help. The room was spacious, clean, smelled great and the air conditioning worked well.

VERY comfy room and bed! super central. it is like a little hideaway from the busyness of the city centre. plus very good coffee in the morning with excellent service.

maybe a coffee machine or coffee option in the room would have been helpful

The room was small but adequate. The breakfast and the staff were terrific. The location is excellent for touring the city.

This boutique hotel has been beautifully remodeled. The beds are comfortable, the staff are kind and helpful, and the breakfast was lovely! The location is near shopping, restaurants and many attractions. The Porto Nuova train station is a block away.

Awesome location, nestled between the train station and a walking district to the most important sites in the city. Super friendly staff, great restaurants within walking distance. The exciting internal garden will be great for Aperitivos once it is finished!
