Spacious room and bathroom

Tv was not working well

I booked the room for my mom and her friend for work purpose. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. They really enjoyed their stay. There was also a park near the hotel. The hotel was also in the center and was very easy to access ?

Bed and pillows not comfortable. Mattress was ages old and pillows like feather filled!

Centrally located (Very close to the Mole Antonelliana), clean and spacious room, with AC. Bed was made every day, and it was quiet at night. Definite recommendation.

Ideally you should speak Italian, or be prepared to communicate using gestures and/or translation software

The hostess are amazing, they were really helpful and the place was really nice and clean. The propriety is well located

The location is great, the room was clean, the host very nice and helpful.

The only thing that was disturbing was the odour in the hallway (probably of cigarettes). The room did not smell.

Location, easy to get into town.Open street with cafes nearby.Queit and the night was peaceful.Enjoyed my little balcony, the clean room, bathroom & hangers inside cabinet. The lady staff[I forget her name now & i hope her husband is now okay] was extremely kind, sweet & understanding despite language barrier.I had a midnight checkout and was fully accommodated towards it.Would def stay again and I highly recommend a stay with them.

It's a few minutes away from the city centre by foot but also close to Mole Antonelliana. The room was kept clean all the time and the owners were friendly regardless of the language barrier. The hotel was also close to shops, a bank, a pharmacy and a cafe. Very convenient when you need anything.

Large, well-equipped room considering what I paid.

A bit hard to find as the rooms are on one floor within a larger building.

The hostess is very kind and will make you feel at home ! We were surprized by the cleanliness of the bathroom. The hotel is very well located, we just had to cross the road to find all of the beatiful and famous location in Torino. I highly recommend those kind people's services. We came here by car and they offered us a place to store it. (I spoke Italian with the hostress so I can't tell if she speaks english)

Very dirty towels. Towels are changed every day, but they are all badly laundred! I think in room more space.Smell of cigarettes in the hallway.

It’s in a good location, the owners are really nice and helpful. We had parking for free and could keep our car as long as needed.

It was quite chilly in the room during the night.

The hotel is close to the city center..the transportation network is close

The hotel staff dealt racistly with foreigners..there is no hotel etiquette with customers..the period of time in dealing is not polite at all..the bed sheets are not clean..there is no catering service in it

Great location with free parking. The best of the hotel is the lady of the front desk, she is extremely nice and helpfull even though she only speaks italian. Very clean hotel.

the beds were very narrow but comfortable, good for a few nights.

The location is wonderful and the owner was very helpful and welcoming. She made us feel at home and always showed care and respect. In addition, the view is exceptional and from one of the windows one can see La Mole nearby. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby and there is even a small food store where one can buy everyday necessities.

the location is great, the main square is 5 minutes away, the room is comfortable, it also had a terrace. The room was clean. For every recommendation.
